We recently purchased a 2023 Genesis G70 sport prestige. After purchasing we realized the front sensors were not working properly. Our salesman Jacob was on top of it. Within a day the service department called to schedule the work and let us know they had a loaner for us to use. Not really expecting much from a loaner it was a nice surprise to get a new Genesis G70 as a loaner. Nathaniel was our service tech and when I say going above and beyond expectations this man did it! He messaged frequently keeping me updated on our car and checking to see if we need anything. Returning the car and picking up our car was seamless and everything was done perfectly! So let me tell you, in a world full of people trying to squeeze everything out of you, this place was a blessing!!! Sales was PERFECT, Service was PERFECT!! Our new Genesis is an amazing car! Go give them a chance!!! Highly recommend!!

What this dealership did to me was wrong. Granted, I signed the contract and paid the price I did, however, their tactics are predatory and just dishonest. In October 2022 we purchased a Tucson Limited. We traded in and were given $7,000 credit, but they added $7,995 as "Added Equipment". I paid sticker plus $1,000. What did we get for the dealer-added equipment for $7,995? * Lifetime Nitrogen in tires*Door Edge and Cup package*Lifetime Window Tint*Brake Pulse package (which doesn't work)*Engines for LifeThe "engine for life" package is standard with Hyundai if you let them change your oil and add BG every 8K miles for as long as you own the car. Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow told me this little fact. As far as I'm concerned, Tulsa Hyundai is dishonest in its dealings with customers. Buyer beware. Worst experience ever. If you are looking to buy a new Hyundai in the Tulsa area, go straight to Regional Hyundai in Broken Arrow. They now service my car and are honest with me.

Update: after 2 months, Frank and the team at Genesis/Hyundai of Tulsa repaired my vehicle and gave me a G70 loaner for the time it was in the shop. There are quite a few new people at the dealership and I hope this means they will continue to improve.DO NOT service your vehicle here! My Genesis GV70 came back to me from service with this damage to the rear end of the car. I have called and left multiple messages with the service manager and general manager for over a week now and they have not even given me the courtesy of calling and saying they are looking into it. Complete silence. Not to mention they did not have any loaners vehicles when they required me to leave my car with them for 14 days for service. They didn't even help me find or pay for a rental car.

By far the worse service department in the state of Oklahoma. Never returns calls for updates on vehicles. Always has excuses as to why something is taking so long. I highly encourage buying a vehicle elsewhere or at the least take your vehicle to another Hyundai or non Hyundai dealer for service and repair. Steer clear of this business!

If I could write a review with no star I would do it, but I have to select at least one. Horrible attention and liars. I went for memorial weekend to get a Palisade. They made me go on June 3rd to pay a $500 deposit and made me pick between the 2 colors available. I paid and I pick the color and on June 5th they told me the car was not available, and as of today, June 27th I have no car and and they have not refunded the deposit. They always say they'll call back and they won't. Sales person name: Lindsay,m. Manager's name: Jason! Avoid dealing with these people.

My car's engine locked up so I took it Tulsa Hyundai on Dec17,2022 and was told they would get on it. after 4 months of them telling me that they were waiting on Hyundai Corporation, I contacted Hyundai and was told thst my case was closed. Long story short, they lost my key and had to replace it and I had it towed to Regional where it's almost ready except that Tulsa Hyundai somehow lost my intake tube and won't help with the cost. They said it wasn't on my car when I had it towed there from my house. How do you loose a part that cans with the engine plus loose my key,which they had to replace . I would recommend Regional Hyundai, they are very helpful

Not sure if the Service dept just doesn't wanna do their job or they are Lazy. I have taken my car there a few times to have it serviced. 1st time was okay but 2nd time they don't explain anything to you on what's going on with your vehicle. I have now been trying to reach them to see if I have any more free oil changes because if I don't, I won't be returning. Tried calling for 2 days all day, left messages and they NEVER answer or return calls. Worst customer service.

Been waiting on a response about my gap check from my prior car but nothing in response since Oct Update: have called every day this week (2/20/2023-2/25/2023)numerous times, and left several voicemails for Ryan Cochren and for the finance department as well as several others with no call back at all. Did you guys steal my gap check? Was it Hailey? Because I've been calling and emailing since Oct 2022. With no contact back.

These are the most unscrupulous dealership service department rip-off bandits you will EVER encounter. Make damn sure to read their reviews before you take your car there for ANYTHING even if it's a simple car wash. Don't take my word for it just take your car to there service department and you WILL find out for yourself the hard way. If there was a such thing as a negative star I would give them 10 and that's being kind. There's nothing worse than a liar, a thief, and a crook.

I have been dealing with this dealership since June, it is now 27 September. My car originally came in for with a seized motor. They had it for almost a mouth. No communication, no updates. No loaner car, no rental. That should have been paid for by the corporation. Finally got the car back. Drove it for about a month. Took it back because it was making a awful noise. I was then told it was the belt tensioner they had to order it. i got quoted 719.99 plus tax to replace it. I left the shop and Replaced it for 139.99. Noise was still there. Then the car lasted another few weeks until the end of September. Until it died in my driveway. I took it back to them on September 1st. Car would barely start. They did not call or communicate anything with me. I was not provided another form of transport, and I spent $400-500 in gas driving a old family SUV just so I could transport my kids. I finally called them enough for someone to call me back. yesterday Sept 26, 2022 I was informed the technician messed up my engine replacement and that is where the noise was coming from. Was informed my hard start issue is due to a bad high pressure fuel pump. Quoted 919.99 to replace that. They did not have one in stock. I got it replace. Still did not fix my issu. I looked at the work the tech did. All of my air box is not bolted down. My engine computer is not secur, my tachometer does not work, my traction control is permanently disengaged, check engine light is not on and my radio shuts off while driving down the road. I've called multi times today to try and talk to someone but i keep getting the answering machine.I would like to update. After getting in touch with the service manager and talking to the shop foreman I was finally able to get my car back in the shop and fixed(finally) this time around I was taken care of and everything seems to be fixed. The original tech did not touch my car, they had a new tech work on it and everything seems right. 3rd engine is the charm

Just when I thought I couldn't GET ANY WORSE! Called 3 times asking to speak to a manager...ANY MANAGER...not a single return call. Honestly...not only would I highly recommend NOT going here, but so far Hyundai over all is exactly what everyone warned me about....NOT REMOTELY IMPRESSED after two years of ownership!

Not happy about business practice....prices are posted, even online, but do not include the $2000 current market adjustment or $700 dock fee...Surprise! Also, every new car is tinted on drivers side window (DANGEROUS FOR NIGHT DRIVING) and uses Nitrogen filled tires. I asked about why nitrogen and the rep tried to tell me that the pressure changed less with changes in temperatures...regardless of what the gas law says.

Reached out to this dealership for a vehicle they were selling on Facebook Marketplace-- first I messaged them on Facebook- chat bot pops up and goes thru a program connecting you to a person, which is just another bot- asks how you prefer to be contacted- I say email, it thanks you then ends chat. I then receive an email from Myra- asking me to avoid using email and come into the dealership or it's really best to call-- this defeats the whole point of selling online and its just really slimy dealer tactics. They want you to come in... when they get you on the phone they will try to get you to come in. Why have an internet sales point? All it is is a hook to get you in the door. I have no idea if the price they posted is accurate, they wouldn't confirm it on email and... I'm in Dallas so even if I wanted to I couldn't drop by. Major red flags on this dealer that scream stay away. Hard pass Tulsa Hyundai.
