I had a very nice experience at this place. My hairstylist Kina did a very nice job with my hair and helped guide me to products that give my hair nice volume.

Sindia is my stylist. I chose her due to the care she puts into her craft. She makes sure that I leave with the best style and cut and I am happy. She is an artist.

Best hair place around. Men, get the haircut with the tea tree experience. It beats a competitor's MVP level cut. ;-)
Brooklyn is my stylist and does an amazing job.

The only hair salon that actually answers the phone. I loved this place! Brooklyn took good care of me, she just might be my new go-to hair stylist!

No idea how this place works. Walked in, wasn’t greeted, sat down. 15 minutes later a stylist wrapped up and was checking someone out so I asked about checking in.
Was told they are busy and to wait an hour or come back in an hour. Came back 5 minutes early, again nobody acknowledged me, sat down again to wait. 10 minutes later a woman comes in and sits down.
Then the stylist who originally checked me in finished up with another client, then called up the lady who came in after me.
I waited another 15 minutes then finally walked out.
Also it seems like you can just call to make an appointment… so I’m not sure how the whole walk-in only thing works here.

I used to love going here. Have went here for years off and on. Always felt like I got. A good haircut for the money spent. The last two times I have been there have not ended well. Do they not teach how to cut bangs in school? I was there just yesterday and just wanted a simple trim on my bangs. Simple right? NOT! I asked for not straight across bangs and not to use the scissors that thin out the bangs. Cut.them first and then do a point cut at the end. I told her I wanted them to end up about halfway on my eyebrows. What I left with was a mess!!!! My bangs are halfway up my forehead!!!! All crooked! I kept telling her that one side was longer and the other so what did she do she went and kept cutting the short side. I will probably never go back to this place again! I look hideous I don't even want to leave my house for the next 2 weeks to give them time to grow out. So if you see me out and about today wave at me. You'll know who I am.

I want to start off by saying Keri was wonderful and so kind. She has amazing customer service skills. As far as my hair is concerned, I’m so disappointed. I cried. I requested silver blonde highlights. It is something I have had done at the Brookside location on numerous occasions and walked out feeling fabulous. In my latest experience that just wasn’t the case. Not only did my Cousin Destiny work there, but they are a locally owned business. Which I support! I had told Kerri the last time I got my hair done through them and or at all was February of last year. I showed her pictures of what I wanted. I showed her pictures of my hair before and after my last years appointment. She contacted the other store To see what formula they had used on me. I’m feeling pretty confident. I have been highlighting my hair blonde for 20 years. I had bad experiences. I explained I was terrified of it coming out orange or brassy. After she blowdried my hair and actually prior to that she offered for me to come back the next day if it wasn’t to my liking. It looked orange and brassy in the front. When I called there was an employee by the name of Cindy, who was quite rude when It came to her tone with me, almost making me Feel like I Was inconveniencing them in some way. I am a mother of four. It is very rare that I have four hours out of my to do my hair let alone ever really. The last thing I wanted to do was come back for another four hours. However, I was leaving for vacation and wanted my hair done before my friends wedding, I was limited on time. I go back and It almost looks worse at this point. I felt bad but I could not say I was happy. I wasn’t. She then started to say well I did tell you I would get you as blonde as I could, but it was not at all close to what I had from the time before. There was no reason for my hair to be brassy or orange. They end up having me go to the Brookside location so this is day three, 8 hours in the chair to try to have it corrected. I can now say I have copper toned hair. I spent $300 almost in total to feel worse than I did walking in. I want to say this I appreciate them trying to fix it but even the Stylist on the third day agreed with me that none of that should have took place. Also informed me that they gave Keri the wrong formula it was a miscommunication. There was nothing else she could do to my hair before I was to leave. She informed me I would have to wait another month…so I didn’t damage my hair which I understand, but that I would have to pay for that service. I tried to call her boss three different times and never heard anything back. I don’t feel I should have to pay for anything until my hair is done the way that I wanted and that I received from them a year ago. You either are great at doing blonde hair or you just aren’t. These are high end salon prices. I definitely feel like I should have gotten that kind of experience. Again, normally in the past, I did. Now I have to be in a wedding with Orange hair. Which was my biggest fear. The right thing to do would have been offering to Have me come back in until I was satisfied with what I paid for. In my opinion. My mom is a aesthetician and Works at a salon in California. She took one look at my hair and said that she couldn’t believe anyone would consider this Silver blonde or even blonde at all. All around just not a good outcome

Would not take children here. The stylist took way too long cutting my 5 year olds hair and she messed it up pretty bad. We asked for someone else to take a look because it was so uneven. That’s when we met Diana. She was very nice but told us the only way to correct it was to cut her way shorter and it was already significantly shorter than what my daughter asked for.
