“I was immediately greeted by Madison as soon as I entered and only had to wait moment while she finished helping someone else. I was then helped by Brad who kindly and professionally answered all of my questions and helped me set up my bill pay. Very clean and well lit parking lot,lobby and drive thru. Free coffee and comfortable music as well which makes the place feel a lot friendlier than most other banks. I would definitely recommend this bank to everyone.”
“I had questions about getting a cashiers check because I really didn't know how to ask. The young lady who helped me explained it all to me. I did get the cashiers check and everything I needed was printed on it just as I asked. They were courteous with a smile and answered all my questions. And yes, I'd recommend BOK to others.
