Would give a 0 star review I used to come in and get greeted by this lovely girl named savannah who was very helpful and had a great bubbly personality but I recently came into the shop and was informed that she no longer worked there and since then I've noticed the positive friendly vibe is no longer there. This girl was so friendly and attentive to the customers wants and needs and I believe this business suffered a huge loss by losing her as an employee. Customer service now is subpar to say the least.

Arrow was very helpful during my visit to find some house plant supplies! I was very impressed by their selection of various household repair and upkeep goods and will definitely be back. The free popcorn snack was a surprise bonus!

Savannah was knowledgeable and amicable. A very nice hometown hardware store that one does not find in today’s age. It was well worth the visit. The friendly nature of employees was welcome and I even got a free bag of popcorn.

I placed an order for an item because they could get it sooner and I do like to support local when I can. Unfortunately true value warehouse dropped the ball on delivery and left the store out to dry. However I can tell you the owner went beyond, he did everything he could to get the product and then offered people product for the inconvenience it caused myself and my customer. He took it on himself and has always gone beyond what most businesses would have. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Spring has definitely sprung. It’s a nice 55° day in Tulsa and I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Midtown. I’ve never seen it before and I don’t know why but I thought I’d stop in. I was needing a garden hose since mine at home is rotten from last season. It’s a real nice store. Turns out the guy that owns the place was actually working in the store. This is a small business, local. He also lets folks consign goods in his store, which I thought wow that’s pretty cool, and there is an Oklahoma section for stuff made in Oklahoma, which was really cool.It’s always nice to find a store that’s not big box. There’s stuff in here that I hadn’t seen in a long time and I wondered if you could still get.
