Manager Mike Moore donated so many socks for the nursing home this Christmas!! Their customer service is above and beyond from the moment you walk in people help you from finding the right shoes to inserts etc! Definitely recommend coming here!

Man, I gotta say — this place is awesome! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, they made me feel totally comfortable. I did the foot scan and got some amazing treatment — seriously, next level stuff. The sales guy who helped me today was super chill and welcoming. As a bigger guy, I was worried they wouldn’t have what I needed width-wise, but they totally did! I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable with a complete stranger. 10/10 — if you haven’t checked this place out yet, you’re missing out!

I had such a great experience at Tradehome Shoes in Woodland Hills Mall thanks to the store manager, Mike Moore. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Mike took the time to listen to what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the perfect pair of shoes. He explained the features, made sure I was comfortable with the fit, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, but Mike clearly does. If you’re shopping for shoes, I highly recommend asking for him—you’ll be in great hands!

Really great experience here. Sidney (Sydney?) scanned my feet and showed me where my pressure points and high arches were. She then bought me several options of shoes and inserts to try and allowed me to try them with and without inserts. She listened to my preference for something with fun colors and not just boring black and I settled on a fresh pair of brooks! Was also informed if I wasn’t 100% happy with the shoes that I could come back and switch for something else more suitable. Great shop and definitely more personal and less overwhelming than scheels! 100% recommend
