Never again, Home Depot. I passed a toolbox that was advertised for a very low price at this location and was so shocked that I asked the girl at the counter to confirm the price for me, and gave her the SKU from the price tag taped on the toolbox. She says "You're actually not the first person to ask me that, yes it is the right price!". So she checks me out, charges my card, and I make my way out of the store. Before I get through the door, the cashier runs towards me makes a big scene. Turns out, even after asking her to confirm, she realizes after the charge hits my card on my way out of the store that the toolbox was mislabeled, and she says I can't leave the store with it because I'm taking the wrong toolbox, as if I didn't just ask her to confirm the price was correct. Home Depot, where the incompetence of the employees becomes your embarrassing scene.

Diana in appliances was most helpful in picking out our faucet. We also bought the installation agreement and a very knowledgeable and polite man was sent out named Arlyn to install our new faucet in our 70 yard old home. It’s hard during the pandemic to find workers, but I’m thankful for the ones working at Home Depot and for them. It was close to our home as well. Thank you Arlyn and Diana!! The Ingram’s

Stopped by to rent a truck late afternoon on 8/4/21. I was third in line.Service was so incredibly slow I gave up after it took 20 minutes to complete the first customer's transaction, which was already in process when I arrived.

I had been standing in line to make a return at the only open return register. A lady came to the closed register and a older lady opened it to process her return. I asked why she got to cut in line and I was told "well she came to the closed register". This happen 4-2-21 @ 1:17pm.

Multiple things went wrong on my most recent visit to Home Depot on 41st and Sheridan. Topsoil in my basket apparently smelled like tar and I didn't know it, so employees took my basket when I was away for a few minutes and put the 7-8 items I had back on the shelves. So had to re-shop. I asked an employee were paint primer was, he said next aisle, but when I finally found it, it was exactly where the employee had been standing.
