Very courteous service. We rented bikes to ride the trails, they took our info and fitted us to our bikes in less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend if you are looking to bike for a day.

They have completed several requests for alterations to my ebike. They listened closely to the changes and repairs I needed. I was very happy with their work, which was just as requested. Since I didn't have the skills to make the changes myself, I really appreciate that they were able to complete the alterations that will help me get more use from the bicycle I purchased.

My ebike was about 1000 miles overdue for general maintenance, and then I had a massive issue with my rear derailleur getting caught in the wheel. Brought it in and they were willing to service even though it's not an ebike brand they carry. Clarence was super helpful and super thorough. He not only repaired but helped tighten down probably 30 bolts which had loosened over time. The price was incredibly reasonable--I've been charged more for simple maintenance, let alone replacing the derailleur. Bike is riding like new even though it has 7000 miles on it.Thanks so much Clarence and Tom's!

Courteous & helpful - I stopped by with a broken derailleur, shop didn’t have a direct replacement but was helpful in redirecting me to another nearby shop for same-day repair.

Horrible Customer Service! I drove from Broken Arrow to the shop for a flat tire fix on an E Bike. The shop told me on the phone that they could fix it no problem after giving them the model of the bike. When I get there they tell me, "we can't get that tube, if you can find one on the internet yourself bring it back and we will fix it". These guys are a joke! Do you not check for parts being available BEFORE you say you can fix something. An apology of any kind would have been helpful, but neither of the employees offered one. I should make these guys pay for my gas.

Update: 6/13 Tom's sent a 15% off coupon along with the 30 day complimentary check up. The Gazelle has a Schrader valve and we used the 15% off coupon to buy the pump with both chucks. As an observer, I have to say it absolutely fits my wife. She loves the bicycle and comfort of it along with the integrated lock and lighting. It was a steal for the price.Proud owner of a 2023 Gazelle Medeo . Wonderful inaugural ride to Sand Springs on the beautiful Tulsa river trail system.
