Jared from the Tulsa office continues to give superlative customer service. He is GREAT! Tom James clothes are exceptionally well made and the fit is unmatched. While retirement has reduced my need for fine clothing it's comforting to know that Jared and Tom James are still there for me when needed.

Jared Conway came to my place of business and got me hooked up. Not only was it super convenient, but Jared went the extra mile and made sure I had everything I needed. Any small thing that came up, he fixed it and made sure I was happy. My suits even came in a bit early and it was a great surprise. Definitely getting all my clothing with him. They don't even deserve one star. What a complete disaster. I had originally planned to order several suits, but I am so glad I didn't. My April order is still "in production" and they charged me the full amount without my authorization. I have asked for a credit/refund until delivery and a delivery date, but they deflect and do not address the issues. Do Not Use This Company!

I have used Renee Kerby for several years as my custom clothier and she does an amazing job! I always look forward to her new styles and recommendations on new clothes. If you have a job where you need to wear nice clothes on the regular you would be smart and not to mention the best dressed in the room if you give her a call!! I promise you won't regret it.
