This store DOES NOT HAVE SAME DAY CURBSIDE PICKUP!! I ordered my husband's Valentine's gift online at 9:00am and I thought I would run by after work to pick it up since Tilly's offer's this service. However when I called the store and asked when it would be ready the girl on the phone stated that they fulfill all their orders at 8am and will NOT fullfil anymore orders until the next day! So DO NOT order anything online if you intend to pick it up the same day because they are false advertising same day curbside pickup! I even asked her if there was anyway she could fullfil my order because it was a Valentine's Day gift and she refused. Poor Customer Service!! I'm very disappointed because I do love Tilly's and so does my Husband but after this I'm taking my business else where. ???

I had great help in the store. At least five different associates asked if I needed help finding anything before I made it half way through the store. Found so many ugly pairs of pants, and eventually found two different styles to purchase. Got home and the black jeans smelled really bad, so of course I washed and dried them. The chemical smell is still radiating off the pants. I called to let the store know and they said they would not give me my money back because I washed them. I called the customer service located in Irvine, CA and they said they couldn't do anything at all. I asked for corporate and Ellen said they would not do anything to help our situation either. It's a specific pair of pants causing this smell and it may be because it's make of recycled polyester.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered online. Did not deliver product. Customer service was terrible and rude. Kept my $ and now have to dispute charges.100% stay away from this business.

VANESSA IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER THAT SUPPORTS HER EMPLOYEES HORRIFIC CUSTOMER DISERVICE, REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WHEN THINGS GET TO THE POINT THAT HER EMPLOYEES ARE LITERALLY DRIVING CUSTOMERS OUT OF THE DOOR AND SABATOGING SALES SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. shopping at tillys while being brown colored. the worst customer dis service ever from karen err i mean samantha. samantha refused to acknowledge my presence while i stood in front of the dressing room holding clothes to try on in our hands. samantha refused to answer me when i asked her for help until i called out to her several times. asked samantha to open the dressing room for me and she refused then power walked extremly fast away from me stating in a rude dismissive manner that she had to take care of another customer. due to her horrific behavior i decided not to purchase the merchandise then, told her that she was the rudest person that i ever encountered. after samantha was called out on her horrific behavior in front of other employees and customers she said she would call someone to which i replied too late not going to beg for help or for the store employee to sell us their over priced clothes. thank god i wound up at a different store with a1 customer service, better merchandice and better prices that treat their brown colored customers with the respect they deserve.

The girl working alone right at this moment- didn’t catch her name- is the rudest sales clerk I’ve ever encountered. I shop in here with my daughters 2 times a month religiously and have never been treated so poorly. We didn’t spend a penny today and will not anytime she’s working. There needs to be a manager on duty to report these issues to. I let her know I’d contact corporate and she said ok cool. I felt like I was on candid camera. I never ever leave bad reviews bc I know people can have an off day but this was insane.
