Large selection, staff was helpful. We were looking for a specific beverage and they walked us straight to it and helped carry it to the counter as well.
The parking lot can get busy with the neighboring restaurants.
Plenty of parking, easy in and out access.
Friendly service.

I get not wearing a mask if you’re working alone.. but if a customer walks in wearing a mask you should probably put it on!Will not be getting liquor here again ?

The employees and owners of this business do not care about their customers lives. They are young and if they get covid, they will be fine. But I am over 65 and have underlying conditions, and if I get covid I die. I have been in the store twice in the last month and not one staff member wore a mask to protect me from them, even though I wore a mask which protected them from me. I have purchased my wine and liquor from this store frequently for a couple of years, BUT I AM NOT GOING BACK UNTIL THEY START CARING ABOUT THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I RECOMMEND A BOYCOTT OF THIS STORE.

I went in a couple months ago to purchase tequila, wine, and vodka. I believe it was the owner who helped me. It went well until he decided to argue with me over MY body's response to certain wines and the reason certain wines affect me. He insisted on being right. So I stopped arguing put back the wine and only bought the vodka and tequila. I will not be returning. The customer is always right.

My first few visits were great; there were two great employees (brothers) that help me work around the wines. My last two experiences were not so great. On one visit (next to last visit), store was locked during operating hours, all other stores in the plaza were open. Last visit the owner did not want me there - I am a clean-cut man and live a rock's throw from this store. I take the time to speak with staff and am one of those guys that is loyal to quality customer service. I asked about a local wine, he grabbed the wine out my hand, mumbled something underneath his breath and placed on the counter - a sign for me to leave. It made for a very awkward moment since I did not get to enter into a conversation with his employee who always took his time to engage me and work me around the store to try the different wines. There are just too many liquor stores in Tulsa to be treated so poorly - it pained me to write this review because one writes either for superior service or lackluster service. The average experience goes unnoticed. Yet, because of how I was treated at the very least, the experience warrants sharing. I won't step foot back into the store and I hope your experience is better than mine.
