The bow tie selection seems great but they ended up not having one of my selections in stock. Got a last minute email saying to pick a new one but they shipped my order before I could and customer support response time is terrible. Emails are very short and not well thought through, like maybe provide a link to the bow ties that I can select from, makes things much easier for the customer. Needless to say this well thought out gift was a bust. Would not order again.

First off, the idea of making a bow tie out of wood is the Ultimate Game Changer!!! I came across this as I was looking for a different look for my Wedding and after viewing their inventory, I was sold! I had one of the best customer service through the entire process in communicating with Bailey! Bailey literally listen to my requests and made it happen! All through the night of my wedding I kept getting compliments about the bow ties! I had specific instructions for Bailey, and he definitely delivered as promised and he even gave me a generous discount!!! Again, I cannot speak enough about the professional craftsmanship for each bow tie made!! As far as TwoGuysBowTies goes, keep being innovative! Bailey, you rock!

Not only do they have a wonderful product, but they also support the community. I went to an event where they unveiled the worlds largest wooden bowtie to help raise money Big Brothers Big Sisters. What a great company!
