Very disappointing. New ownership and raised rents have caused many of my favorite stores to close or move. rats. Also, they have created an unsafe entrance from 51ST street such that traffic sometimes has to stop on 51ST street and wait for traffic to clear this choke point. I have contacted the owners and they won’t remove the barriers to traffic flow they have created.

It's gotten to be a fairly sad place, with so many closed up businesses. I've heard from tenants that they've raised the rents too high to attract new stores. I think the management has shot itself in the foot on that one. Hoping for a revival!

I went in here because there was an estate sale/garage sale company selling there. The first thing I noticed was they were hitting me up for a donation as soon as I walked in the door. Hopefully, this isn't the future of Estate sale companies selling used stuff. They had many employees. Maybe they need to reduce their overhead. It reminded me of Goodwill where they constantly ask for donations/tips but their CEO makes millions.

Half of it was empty. Lots of stores left here. Favorite tamale place is gone too. Looks like it will be another abandoned strip mall

A bit snooty. But, the ups store is there and they aren't snooty. Avoid the rest of the farm, but visit the ups store

Stopped by Margaret's German restaurant to pick up some goulash soup. The container seemed smaller this time and the soup definitely wasn't as good as when Margaret owned the place.About a year ago my brother and I from St. Louis, stopped by and couldn't even get service. I did grab some of the goulash soup while waiting to get served and it definitely wasn't worth anything and they cut back on a lot of things around there to save some money I guess but......... If it's not broken don't fix it.

You never know what you'll find there! Beautifully laid out, not too overwhelming to walk around.

The Farm Shopping Center's parking lot needs a new layout for parking it's all chopped up and obviously designed a long time ago. It's a lot of work trying to get around the Farm absolutely despise there parking lot. Makes it extremely difficult to find the store you're looking for. And not to mention all the Construction going on there. 1 of the sprinkler installers parked their work Truck right at the entrance and started unloading one stick at a time dragging PVC pipe off the top of rack on truck across the entire road way. Blocking us from getting into the parking lot. Why did they park there to unload that PVC pipe isn't heavy at all. Terrible experience.

A lot of empty retail spaces so not many stores to shop. There are several restaurants to choose from. There was some construction going on the day we were there but it wasn't too bad trying to make it through the shopping center. Sure not what it used to be.
