Took a palisade in there and specifically told them that the wiring harness was taped up because of the damage done from running over a semi's blown out tire on the interstate. Told them exactly which harness and that it was above the tire well on the passenger side. It's the main wire harness that does the lane assistance, sensors, camera, safety system etc.. That was the main major damage done. Recently all the warning lights have been coming on and the car has been shutting off saying check the safety system, and to check the lane assistant. The electric power steering shuts off randomly. All the lights on the cluster come on and off along with the tachometer needles going all over the place. So, i trace the wires to the harness and the tape i put on there was still on it. Meaning they didn't fix the one thing I mentioned being wrong. What is weird is the bill was like $10,000 because they literally replaced everything around the front passenger side where the harness is located, but didn't even bother to replace the main issue. They also kept the car way longer than they said it would take, which is fine. But the only time I got updates about it was when I would call up there and ask. They didnt mind calling to tell me it was gonna be more money twice, but couldnt even communicate to me the extra days they were gonna have to keep the car. Not only that, but they gave me back the car with absolutely no oil in it. At all. But I just let that go because I thought they fixed the main problem only to find out they actually didnt. Then I realize it had no oil because it all leaked out from them either aggressively untightening or from over tightening the oil filter housing. I called them about it and they said it wasnt them and that they never saw the leak. Which there is no way because to replace some of the parts that they replaced (that honestly probably didnt even need changed) you have to take off the dirt cover that covers the oil pan which would have exposed the oil that leaked out. Half the parts that they said they bought that was on the bill, looked like they were the ones already on there to begin with. They wasted my time and money by buying parts I didnt need and for labor that they didnt even do.

Friendly staff but time frames on repairs are a little excessive

Rick and his crew are great. We have had our service vehicles in several times (unfortunately, lol). They make the process simple and get the work done quickly, even through COVID (bs). Give these cats a call, they can do it all. Fast, quality, simple, highly recommend!!!

I take my car in for an accident repair and have to leave it there because they take it apart to access all damage. Then they file damage with insurance company and order parts. Parts arrive and they fix. This is a two week process of me having no car, but it all makes sense. My wife picked it up and brought it home and I noticed the hubcap/rim is still damaged and wasn't repaired.I called and they say that's the insurance companies fault, not theirs...because the insurance company didn't say it was damaged initially. The insurance company never saw the car and never said anything was damaged...Collision Center was the only one who looked at the damage—they listed the full damage and sent to insurance but obviously missed it in their review. But they took photos. Now they tell me it's my problem, not theirs, and they won't be fixing it. Huh?

Very poor communication and unsatisfactory work. Dropped my vehicle off on March 6th. My 1st call back from the shop was March 14th. I called on March 21st, 22nd, and 28th, with NO call back from Sarah. I was told on March 30th that they were waiting on parts. On April 5th, I called, and Sarah returned my call to tell me it was going into paint and would be ready Friday, April 10th, as long as there were no additional problems after the reassembly. I asked about not receiving any updates or information, and i was told, "I'm sorry I didn't update you on your time frame, I had children to go home to." I told her I understood, but that was the time frame you gave me and was going by the information given to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was not confident in the information I was receiving, and Sarah was very short and rude with me asking questions and updates about my vehicle. She told me, "No, that she would not get a supervisor to speak with me. I asked 3 times, and she told me No that she would not interrupt her supervisor to speak with a customer. I just wanted some reassurance from a supervisor that we were on track, and the way i was spoken to was extremely unprofessional. The owner Rick reached out at 8:22pm the same night (April 5th). He told me he didn't see a problem with Sarah's attitude or the lack of communication. He proceeded to explain the process again and to make me feel dumb. I grew up in an auto body shop, and my mother married her mechanic. I know the process and had to stop him because he was not giving correct information either. He guaranteed me that if there was a problem, he would call me back personally on Thursday and let me know. No call Thursday. Friday, Sarah calls & says everything is ready, but the AC is not blowing cold. They don't know why and will have to send it back to the mechanic. I contacted insurance and called the repair shop back 4 times. At 6:15 pm, Sarah called and said a mechanic looked it over and fixed whatever the problem was, and the AC was working. She said she would allow me to come pick it up and stay open for me. I thanked her and was there within 30 minutes. The alignment is off. The tire pressure sensors are not working on either rear tire, and the vehicle was not detailed. I am a woman, and I feel like I was taken advantage of because they think I lack auto body and collision repair knowledge. I am very unsatisfied with their customer service and workmanship. I will never use them again, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Before I begin I'll preface and say the work they did was fine. No issues with the work. I will take issue with the fact that my car smelt just like the inside of the chain-smoked office when I picked it up. It was like they spent every spare second smoking cigarettes inside my car. The receptionists that they work with , have less than no energy to work with you. And god forbid they have the wrong number to contact you it will take them three weeks to fix it. Unless you like the smell of smoke and are willing to pick up a car that will smell of cigarettes forever do not choose this company.

It was a bumpy overall experience… some things I really didn’t appreciate and customer service needs some softening but the workmanship was good. My car doesn’t even appear to have had any work done. My only remaining issue is the door won’t open/close ??♀️ but it looks great! They thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out; it looked brand new! And I left money in the car, it was all there when I picked the car up, so they are honest.Services: Painting

Took my car in for estimate and it took them over a week to provide it. But when they did after calling them a 2nd time, they had my vehicle listed as a pickup and it was a SUV. THE lady who sent it told me, that I had given them that VIN which was not correct. I told her that the lady had taken pictures of everything. Long story short, she calls me back and tells me that my estimate and someone else's got merged. I used them in 2020 and they did an excellent job, but if they can't get me an estimate in a timely manner and correct there was no way I was going to use them.
