Target has a huge variety of options from clothing, books, housewares to groceries. There is plenty of parking available. This Target is in a plaza with lots of other businesses. Going early on a Saturday morning was great as there were limited people in the store. The team was still stocking shelves and only the self check out was available. The layout is pretty similar to other locations so it is easy to find the things you need and things you don't need but get anyway.

This target is my favorite to navigate out of the ones I've been to in Tulsa usually, but today I had a terrible experience with the customer service I received. Not only was I already frantic and embarrassed my ebt card declined, but the woman checking me out made the situation more extreme and made me feel like a criminal. I know there's an option to pause my check out, I offered to get into the back of the line while I called to see what the issue was with my card due to the long line. She was very persistent on the fact that I can't do that as she was ripping my cart away from me with my purse still in it! The situation ended with another employee coming up with a terrible attitude stating "so she just canceled the transaction" rather than possibly assisting me with the issue. In a hurry for me to get out I asked to split the check out so I can pay with two different cards, at this point I was bright red and just wanted to leave, they continued to both embarrass and make the situation harder for me. The only reason I'm not giving this location 1 star, is the fact that it's organized well. Target is suppose to be friendly and welcoming, never have I had such an embarrassing terrible experience with anyone in the customer service industry. I wish I got their names but I hope if this employee or their manager sees this, this won't happen to anyone else. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

This Target was great! The staff was really nice and helpful, and specifically Josie went above and beyond to help us out. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I didn't need any staff during this visit so I can't speak on that encounter like the other reviews but this one was more limited than the other Targets. Everything was out of place and nothing seemed to be in order. It was a very hectic trip and I don't think I would go here again. I would probably go to the one on 21st and Yale since it's more organized and cleaner -- which was what we did.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STAFF While standing in line following the 6' social distancing mandate stickers on the floor the target associate Michelle allowed other shoppers to skip ahead of myself as well as the other three shoppers in line behind me. When I pointed out that I had been waiting Michelle accused my of lying. When I asked for a manager the general take away was "that's too bad. What do you want us to do?" THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 2 WEEKS THAT THIS HAS OCCURRED TO ME. If the store insists on social distancing they should not reward those who do not follow the rules or punish those who do. After speaking to target corporate they were blown away by how rude Michelle was and informed me that both the manager and the associate Michelle would undergo training because corporate considered their behavior extremely embarrassing.

No roticerie chicken? Really. For an expensive place I'm surprised. Love their board game selections and good service though.

When Target's spokesperson Chrissy Teagen blasted Mrs Trump-foul language-on social media. I realized I didn't need my TARGET card nor regular visits.

Just my opinion, but Target (West Tulsa) has the best rolling shopping carts of any retailer in town. They roll smooth, almost glide, straight! No clinkers. Sometimes I think I shop there just to push their carts. It gives them an image that says "We Care". Due to that fact, I end up spending more time in the store because their carts are NOT irritating - as a result, I shop longer and spend more money. (What a concept! Making things nice for the shopper). Kudos to the guy who takes care of them - he deserves a raise. Also, the store is bright, clean and floors are so shiny you could eat off them.Bathrooms also clean, no trash or toilet paper on the floor. It all goes back to "We Care". Congrats to management that has instilled this culture in the workforce.Grocery is very helpful along with kitchen items. I love to use their waffle iron (Calpalon) - truly "nonstick".And one more time, their rolling, red carts are great!

This place is big and offer quality goods and the store is set up where it is appealing to the eye. Makes me think I am getting what I'm paying for.

I was able to order a crib, a crib mattress and other essentials for my soon-to-be born grandson. I needed the items ASAP and Target came through! The store personnel who loaded my car were fast and friendly. The order was placed early in the morning and by Noon was ready to pick up. This is way faster than Walmart, where I normally have to wait 24-48 hours to be able to pick up my order.Target did not have a couple of things I ordered but that is fabulous compared to Walmart, which regularly does not have several items I need.If you need it fast and want the added convenience of driving to the store and picking up your order on thw same day, order from Target in Tulsa Hills.
