Anytime there has been a maintenance issue or an issue in general. They listen and promptly addressed it. We have no reasons nor desire to move. Ms Kelly and her staff are professional and amazing. Thank you all for allowing us to make Sugarberry our home

Staff is friendly and helpful!! Maintenance is on point!! There are only 2 downsides, I work overnight, and it’s a struggle sometimes to find parking space in the morning and on inspection they could care less if you work overnight, there is no working with you. So be aware if you work overnight.

Very nice very quiet if there's anything that goes wrong they do fix it pretty fast the AC is a little bit loud but other than that it is fantastic the ladies up there are very very nice thank you

Office staff is always friendly and helpful. I've had two minor maintenance requests in 6 months, both were handled same day. Mostly quiet and peaceful.

I have lived in Sugarberry apartments for about 22 years. My location is pretty peaceful & have a lovely view. The staff here are polite & helpful. Any time I have needed anything fixed they have addressed the problem in a timely way. The office staff have been very nice & helpful. The maintenance crew have always been helpful as well as polite. I see in other reviews that complaints were sited as to stolen & vandalized. I too had a car stolen several years ago but don't hold the complex responsible. Cars are stolen in all parts of the city. I would refer any friends & family to this complex.

Never had any issues with maintenance. Requests always handled quickly; they do a great job. And the assistant manager Sami is absolutely gorgeous.

I will say Sugarberry’s upkeep is great!, I’ve never had a bug/mouse problem. I had one issue with getting a window latch fixed, but other than that, all maintenance orders are prompt. No problem with neighbors !

They're good at getting stuff fixed right away, and we haven't seen bed bugs or
Cockroaches. They also have events, free food etc. They're good to us.

I like living here, my only one complaint is that i have a squirrel living on my roof. Its so annoying, sometimes it seems that is going to get inside the apartment trhough the chimney in the middle of the night.
I told the people in the office about it and they said they couldnt do nothing about it.
But guess what could happen if i miss one payment on my rent, then they would act inmediatly,
But to solve residents problems its so hard for them.
