From the cashier, to the managers everyone was refreshing, and gave me a sense of ease. No shopper stalkers, it felt great, for a change.

I enjoy the Staples in Tulsa Hills, the staff is friendly and helpful. Their recycle program takes electronics, batteries, printer ink which translates to $$ for the next purchase. There is also an Amazon pick up locker.

Great fast and easy transaction; wonderful experience and friendly staff. Tulsa Hills is my favorite office supply store around this area.

I had 30 printed copies I took in and only needed holes punched in the copies and then spiral bound which takes less than 1 minute. 2 people were behind the print center and I person wasn't helping anyone but told me if they took the 1 minute to do my copies I'd be charged for express service because they had online print orders to do and soonest I could get it would be later that day requiring a 2nd trip back there for a 1 minute job. I drove to FedEx on 71st St and even though they had print jobs on all their printers, they took the copies and less than a minute later gave me the spiral bound booklet. I will never use this Staples for this type of service ever again! Very poor customer service for such an easy product.

super happy with the personal service from the printing area and the manager. I had a last minute request and they were both so helpful. All were great including the cashier and it was very close to closing time so that mattered even more. Thanks - the stickers were a big hit!

The Print & Marketing Supervisor(Ryan) is great. He was knowledgeable and helped me with getting some large jobs done during a difficult time.

My students' piano/voice recital was this past weekend and I had my programs printed at Staples in Tulsa Hills. They looked perfect! We had some trial and error prints ahead of time and the fellow who helped me (bummed I did not get his name!) was so helpful and patient while I edited to workaround print bleeds. I will definitely use this service again! (It cost about half what I was expecting too!)

Two stars because we found what we needed but we were followed by an associate with glasses and braids the whole time. Every time we turned, he was there. I thought he was being friendly by asking us if we needed help but my husband caught up to what he was doing. As soon as we went to pay, he stopped walking around and went to the copy area to talk to another associate. We just moved to Oklahoma so that’s a nice welcome. Not!

Beyond rude. Associate with glasses and long hair was yelling at an older customer at the service counter and wouldn't even let the customer talk. Customer walked out saying he will never shop here again and I don't blame him. I likely won't be back either, who knows if he would have snapped at me. If you can't deal with people, maybe you shouldn't be working at a job that requires it.

I got there 40 minutes before they closed and they were pulling the gate down to close the store as I walked up. They just looked at me like tuff luck were closing early. Literally needed one thing. I understand closing a little early but not almost an hour early.

Man we had some last minute flyers to print out and Ms.Tracie went out of her way take make sure we where in and out with everything we needed. My wife loves her computer bag ! So many compartments but we always come here because we love the customer service and are always happy with the quality of what we order . Thankyou again for your sense of urgency Tracie.

My new favorite staples location. Bobby was very knowledgeable about printers. I will definitely be back to buy a printer from there. Bobby was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Staples gained a customer due to Bobby's professionalism and knowledge. He went above and beyond my expectations. Staples.. Bobby is a true gem and genuinely cares about his customers!
