I worked with Bob V. from the start of my experience, and just let me say he made it easy and a lot less stressful. Everyone at South Pointe Chevrolet did. I did not feel pressured into getting something that I couldn't afford. Their main focus was on what my needs were in a vehicle and what I wanted in that vehicle. They were all honest and willing to help. Would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with S Pointe Tulsa Chevrolet. Jody checked my vehicle in & had the shuttle take me home. My car was finished in a very reasonable time and I was picked up and returned to Chevy. My bill was exactly as discussed. I could not be happier!! Thank you. Judy H.

Hailey D was our salesperson and did an exceptional job!! I started out being a little difficult because buying cars is just aggravating, but she stuck with it and put up with me for a few days until we finally reached an agreement. I hope she is around whenever I go to buy our next vehicle. If you were thinking about buying a car here definitely ask for her. Also, the staff was very friendly and quick to get stuff done!!

Nick is a newish salesman but he’s not your typical sales guy. Honest, down to earth, knowledgable, and just a great guy to talk cars and trucks to. He actually cared about what my wife and I were looking for and never pushed us into buying anything. We didn’t expect to be buying a truck when we got there and drove off that evening in an amazing Denali Ultimate!! If you are looking for typical fast talking, fancy shoes and half truths sales guy…sorry to disappoint but Nick isn’t your guy. Sales manager Mike came out and introduced himself and listened to us and literally made the numbers work exactly like we needed to take the truck home. Great staff and great experience. Not things you here about car dealerships but go see Nick and you won’t be disappointed.

I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). I also asked that the techs to look at my dashboard buttons that were not lighting up and an oil leak which I noticed. The service rep that was helping me, Paul, text me later in the day and told me where the leak was coming from and that they would need to keep my truck overnight to look at the dashboard, because the AC tech was not able to look at it the same day. I approved it staying overnight and early the next morning approved the cost to repair the oil leak (differential actuator). Around lunch time on Wednesday I contacted the dealership to see when my truck would be ready to be picked up, only to learn that Paul was away for the day and the part (that I had already approved) would need to be ordered and would not arrive until Friday. I called on Friday and the part was still not there and it turns out, the wrong part had been ordered, which pushed my pick up date back to the following week. I have used South Point for routine maintenance since I bought my truck there in 2018, but the lack of information and courtesy from the service rep was very unprofessional, including the texts that were exchanged during this process. I would and did expect better from this dealership. Also, the pricing that they quoted was extreme. They were going to charge me around $400 in labor alone to replace the differential actuator. When I called and told them I was going to pick up my truck and cancel the repairs, they already had it taken apart. They were able to put it back together in 20 minutes so I could pick it up. So essentially they were going to charge around $400 for 40 minutes of labor.

I accompanied my son on his quest to find a nice vehicle. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Haley Killough, our Sales professional, literally worked tirelessly to help him. Her energy and smile was contagious, and it was obvious that making sure my son was a happy and satisfied customer was her goal. The entire process was organized, and everyone involved was professional...and enjoyable.

I made a deal on a truck that was in transit. excellent credit and all was good. Wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. It was finally about to arrive and they call me and say oh by the way We added $10,000 for market adjustment. I would not recommend doing business with these people. no integrity and their word means nothing.

I recently brought in my newly purchased 2022 Chevy Blazer RS for a heated steering wheel recall. I was greeted immediately by the service advisor who advised me of the procedure and that it would take 2-3 hours to repair. I was impressed that during the process I was informed of the progress a couple of times and how much longer it would be. That kind of communication is very impressive and speaks highly of South Pointes dedication to provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them for your next service need.

LIES. Weeks have passed no one has reached out or responded.Where to begin? The day I bought my car the check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic and they told me it was a catalytic converter code and I needed to take it back to the dealer. I brought it back to South Pointe. I got someone to take it back and read the codes. They agreed that it was a catalytic converter, looked up prices on the computer and said they would replace it for me. It took a month before they got me in to repair it. The job they said would be a couple hours ended up being days. They said they were having trouble with it and had to take it to Hyundai for help. (I don't know where they took it but there is no service record for this in the Hyundai computer system. ) After a couple days,I drive away thinking all is well. Two weeks later I'm stranded on the highway it a car that now needs a new engine. I call South Pointe and they send me to Hyundai. I've got nothing but praise for Regional Hyundai, they dug in and found my car was still under warranty and they replaced my engine. It was out of commission for another month. Got it back and 2 weeks later the engine light comes on AGAIN! It's the catalytic converter! Take it to the shop and the mechanic explains that South Pointe didn't replace the right part. They replaced a part with no 0 2 sensor so it couldn't have thrown that code. I get in contact with South Pointe and the manager says he will need to investigate the problem. He calls the mechanic that replaced the catalytic converter and then responds to me with "That the rear converter was replaced and it was the front one is what he found that needed to be replaced. The front one is monitored by an O2 sensor. So that's probably where the confusion was." So he clearly understands the problem right?!The part they said they were waiting for was much less than the 2257. 00 I had to pony up. The manager I was dealing with strung me along for weeks before telling me the owner wasn't willing to cover any of the expense. If they would have fixed it right the first time I wouldn't have had any expense! Of course waiting for that month at the beginning kept me from returning it in the grace period.I thought a big dealership like theirs would have great customer service. Turns out I was wrong. This has been the worst car buying experience ever.

How every experience should be when dealing with a Dealership. I cannot praise Jody in service enough. I'm a mom living a state away, with a son going to college in Tulsa. My son calls me, he notices an oil leak and I'm not able to drive right over and get it taken care of (fear sets in). Thank fully we found South Point Chevrolet, Jody was appointed my sons Advisor and from the very start was patient, detailed, and understanding of our situation. After working with Jody I feel very confident that my son has found his local mechanic shop, I can rest at ease knowing my son and his truck are in exceptional hands.

brought my car in and was there for two weeks and was getting frustrated and called to know the progress on It was told I'd be called back and an hour and a half goes by and still no call I call again and I'm left on hold for 27 minutes. I call again and asked for the service manager and get sent straight to voicemail. The phone didn't even ring like I was hung up on then once I go to pick up my car I'm having to wait over an hour because they lost my keys. Overall horrible experience and will not be going back.

Haily Dufrene at South Point Chevrolet is totally awesome! She will fight to get you into (or out of) the vehicle you desire! She told me she could get me the very best appraisal/trade for my ‘03 H2 Hummer and she did! I drove home in a beautiful new Jeep Cherokee Altitude that I just LOVE! Thank you Haily D., you rock!

Everyone was friendly; from the front desk to sales, to finance; we were very happy with our experience. The office was clean and everyone was eager and willing to help. Our salesman, Josh was very informative but wasn't pushy. Even during the ''stressful'' part of agreeing on a sale price, he was friendly and interested in making sure we had a great experience. Will definitely recommend Josh to family and friends. Thanks Josh!

Had to take the truck back in for the same issues and it had several weeks prior (almost $1300 to fix). When I got there and explained the issue with the key not always coming out again the service manager pulled it out and held it up to me like I was lying about the issue happening again.Once they saw that the issue was indeed back again, they had to order parts which they said would be in on Thursday (ordered them on Tuesday) and that it would only take 1 to 2 hours to complete the work. When I did not hear from them on Thursday, I called them late Thursday to get an update. The service manager said they were working on it but would probably not have it done on this day. I again never got an update on Friday until I called in the afternoon. I was told that they had not started on the work yet and that they would get someone working on the truck. It was completed later in the afternoon. I was not charged for the work this time.So besides never getting an update unless I called, I was lied to about work having been started on the truck. Also, the last time I had my Corvette in for service and also my truck, they both had grease on the inside and outside of them. When I sent picture to the service manager, I got no response from him.I'm done with South Point even though it is the closets Chevy dealer to me.
