Place is a joke. My wife and I ordered a piece for our place. Nothing from multiple emails sent out to Sooner. Contacted the BBB. They attempted to get Sooner to answer nothing.
Hello All,
In this world today all we have as humans is our word. When that is broken it hurts. However, we all need to realize including myself. We all make errors in life. I had a great conversation with Andre this morning. Awesome man and is only one person. Give him some time to fix things. With this said Andre held up his word, I will hold up mine. I contacted the BBB on my lunch and explained that Andre and I spoke and cleared up everything. Rating 5 stars for Andre and his excellent work.

I placed an order on April 2nd. On April 10th, I received an email my item was refunded with no explanation. I sent two emails (April 10th, April 24th) inquiring what happened. I haven't heard anything from anyone.
My first dealings with this company would have been 5 stars, ordered an item and it got to me quickly.

Ordered product 1 week ago. I have no updated info on shipping or my purchase, my emails have gone unanswered, and phone messages have not been responded to as of yet.Update: I have been contacted and the order is being reviewed. Pending update.Update: Order is being refunded, a care package is going to be sent for the inconvenience,Customer service is amazing, they have gone out of their way to correct an error.

This place is excellent I went on a hunt to find a brand of wraps because in my area they don’t get them and to my surprise they were on sale on the website !!! Had a lil mix up with products that were shipped but Andre called me and made sure I got taken care of asap…I will continue to shop here and appreciate the great customers service. ??

I ordered a glass rig and when it showed up the box was damaged and as a result the base of the piece was cracked. I contacted sooner distributor and Andre' resolved the issue promptly and beyond my expectations. Great customer service and Products. Thank you

Great customer service!
Update: Delivery takess wayyy too long ordered over three weeks ago and still havent recieved my order….. I finally recieved my order today and they got my order SO wrong!!! Sent me the wrong flavors, I waited so long for my order just to get the wrong things. I wouldnt recommend this place… go shop elsewhere.
