Just got ahold of customer service worst thing is after waiting 2week to get anyone to talk to they will send me video of how to find out what’s wrong with my bed and sell me parts to fix it that’s the warranty on it I will never recommend the sleep number bed to anyone bed looses air and they want me to pull apart and cap all lines with caps they don’t leave for you .then find out if it looses pressure or holds air then call back for pricing on parts called store to here how great of a warranty they have and told if I loose you my phone went dead

Didn't expect much when we went in today, but nonetheless, we were blown away. Chris was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. Gave such a welcoming greeting, and he ensured we knew everything about the mattress. Helped us the entire time, even helped us through a sleep number test to find the bed and sleep number right for my husband and I. We went in nervous, and not even a minute into the experience, he had us feeling comfortable and confident. So thankful we came in today.

WARNING!!!!!Had my bed for 2 months when it quit airing up on One side of the bed. Customer service is a joke!! Now it’s going to be over a month without a bed before we even have an appointment to come look at the bed!! Ridiculous, I would highly recommend NOT buying a sleep number bed!!

Morgan was great during our visit. We had both our young kids with us and she was extremely patient and gracious the whole time. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and we did not feel like we were being "pushed" into a sale. We were overall very impressed with sleep number beds and very impressed with Morgan as well!

Be aware that the 100 day home trial will cost you. Sleep Number charges between $199-249 to come pick up your mattress if you decide it is not the one for you. You are not allowed to ship it back yourself. The actual amount of this fee is never disclosed which seems rather dishonest to me.

This was an experience. I didn't want to go in and get force into something I didn't need by a pushy salesman, but I didn't expect to be educated and given options. The sales person Steve was so nice and patience. He even encouraged me to shop around to figure out what will best fit my needs. I wasn't ready to make a decision on it till I went to Mathis first. Let's just say there was a huge difference in environment and sales tactics. I left after 15 minutes and went right back to Sleepnumber. I'm so excited to have this bed. I went back today after 6months of having my bed l. I needed sheets and this time I meet the manager. She was kind listened and gave very detailed information about the pillows and sheets. I don't know what type of training they go through but I am impressed. Keep up the great work Sleep number. And I will tell all my friends!!
