Sleep Inn & Suites Tulsa Central I-44 is a hotel that receives mixed reviews from its guests. Many visitors choose it repeatedly for its convenient location, affordable price, and proximity to various restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub are noted as enjoyable amenities, and the free wifi is appreciated. The complimentary breakfast is frequently described as great, with a good selection of fresh items and lots of options, though one mention of gritty eggs was made. Several guests find the beds to be very comfortable and cozy. However, the property is described as needing some love and upgrades, with visible wear and tear. A significant concern for multiple guests is inconsistent housekeeping, with reports of rooms not being thoroughly cleaned. Issues cited include finding previous guests' hair on bathroom floors and in beds, slow-draining sinks, malfunctioning toilets, and bedding that could use replacing. Some rooms, particularly those with a sink outside the bathroom, are criticized for being extremely and claustrophobically small. The neighborhood is perceived by some as quite shady, with observations of homeless people and activity that made guests feel uneasy about vehicle safety, though no direct incidents on the property were reported. The staff is consistently praised as being super friendly, awesome, and always ready to help at both check-in and breakfast. A point of frustration for some travelers is a mandatory $100 deposit that takes several days to refund. Additionally, the lack of a TV channel guide, either on-screen or paper, is noted as a significant inconvenience. Overall, while many guests feel safe and would stay again due to the value and friendly service, the experience is heavily dependent on receiving a clean room, as maintenance and cleaning standards are seen as inconsistent.
We stay here a lot because of location and price but it needs some love and probably more workers to keep up on stuff!! Come here bring plenty of things you normally need extra towels charger for your phone and enjoy going back to the 90's when you went to hotel parties and felt pretty safe

I stay here every time I'm in Tulsa. For years. They have some upgrades but still needs some work in area. Always have breakfast. But the eggs this weekend were gritty. Everything is just fine and clean.
