My husband bought me some birthday gifts, that unfortunately, were way too big. I had the receipt, original packaging/tags, and I was looking forward to exchanging it and buying more clothes. Your strict 14 day exchange/return window made that impossible. It’s actually a 10 day window since you’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. I left the bag of clothes with the really nice girl working as well as my name and number. I would still love to exchange them. I’m hopeful you will do the right thing by 1) changing your terrible exchange policy. 2) letting me exchange my items. Hope to hear from you soon.1/19/23I am updating my review like I said I would. The owner contacted me and gave me store credit for the items I left. I appreciate her understanding and can’t wait to use my credit!!

I have tried to go to this boutique multiple times during their business hours and it has been closed each time. I have tried emailing, calling, and messaging on instagram with no response. I am really sad because there are a few items that I am dying to try on! Moral of the story - call before you go out of your way to go here.

The environment was super unfriendly. The workers glared at us, and were rude. weren’t helpful, mediocre clothes for unreasonable prices that i could purchase at forever 21. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Slade is my favorite boutique in Tulsa! Super friendly staff and owner. I go there to buy so many cute things. They have amazing clothes, jewelry, bags, hats, candles, and more. I also love going there to find gifts for family and friends. I gave my mother-in-law an insulated travel bag and then had it monogrammed. It was the most admired gift at Christmas!

I took my Daughter to Slade Boutique around Christmas and she absolutely loved the Store. The staff was very friendly and the Store Owner was helpful in helping my indecisive Daughter choose some Clothing Items. I couldn’t help but recognize the Christmas decor which was also Amazing. I would Highly Recommend shopping with Slade Boutique for the Latest Fashion, that this Dad had no clue about.

Cutest store, location, clothes, and accessories! Such a good mix of trendy and staple pieces, for a range of ages and styles. Loving the new added home goods too! Slade Saturday events, and pop ups with other local vendors, are always a hit. Even our 2nd grader begs to go see what’s happening at Slade!

The boutique is beautiful, with a wide selection of clothing. You can find lounge wear, formal, and everything in between. Being in the store or following them on Instagram, it’s easy to see how much appreciation the owner has for clients and her intention to provide a comfortable and fun shopping experience! Even if I don’t walk out with an item (which is rare) I step out feeling supported by the staff.
