Been a member here for a long time and it's definitely one of the best gyms in town. If you're a serious weightlifter, this is the gym for you. Lots of machines. Lots of free weights. There is always someone to help out if you need something. And someone is always cleaning on the floor.

Be ware! No 30 day cancelation policy! A $300 negative experience! Horrible management. I wouldn't recommend ANY of the Genesis in Tulsa. Extreamly unclean, only 2 locations have towel services, wet saunas smell like puke and viruses, Sooo many better options in town! Dry saunas are old and extreamly crickety and noisy, no uniformity between locations at all.. Management at Midtown and South locations are worthless to speak too.. The locations in Kansas and OKC are nice and clean and have great people to work with.. So it's got to be staffing issues.. And lack of money put into the facilities. Was looking forward to leaving a 5 star but I caint seem to get the smell out my nose ? ?

It’s a really nice spot, especially the KidsClub. There’s a lot for the kids to do, and it allows for a nice break during work outs. Cami is really sweet at the spa, and Elena at the front desk is always the kindest.

I love Genesis Health Clubs South Tulsa location! Kids club has excellent and friendly staff and Cami from the Genesis Spa is a great choice for spa services!!

Griffin Goldsmith is a great shake maker!!! I love the way he greets me when I walk in. I love his haircut. His eyes sparkle. I love his investments into conversations and great customer service to the community

Worst experience I've ever had. After waiting 3 to 4 weeks trying to get someone to sit down, explain a few things and take my money, I finally was able to join. Then after they took my money, thats when more issues happened. Took 3 and half weeks to get my key tag, have a guest added to my account and even get my account fixed. I reached out to the regional manager because the store manager would never call me, I finally got things fixed after I sent an email to him. Still never heard from him,, only a guy named BT. ( car sale mentality, and wouldn't let me finish a sentence and over talked me the whole time.)glad to be a "coachable moment "for them but it still never gave me agood feeling for the future. I'm a National sales Manager for a large company and my employees would never be allowed to be treated like I was, Good luck, hopefully you have a better experience than I. CRUNCH looks good right now
