Had the absolute Best customer service that I have had in years. I bought a pair of sketchers online and they were the wrong size. I went in to try on a pair to make sure I ordered the right size. Rusty at Midtown Village came up and asked if he could help and I told him what I had done. He proceeded to tell me he would like to take care of the issue in store. He gave me full credit and swapped them out for the size I needed. I was not expecting that but it sure is refreshing that there is still that kind of customer service in this day and age.

I was trapped shopping for shoes with my wife. The sales people were compassionate and gave me popcorn.
Skechers are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Did not have the same slip in shoes I bought a year ago, which were goodyear bottoms and very tough canvas top, was a little disapointed

Lucky to find out some great deals (70% off) on this store, on the clearance side. Otherwise there was buy one get the second one half off deal running. Had good collection of shoes.

I LOVE my Skechers! I prefer the one on Yale to the River Front. It's easy access for my elderly sister. Not much walking involved except inside the store. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
