This place was magical! I drove from Norman and it was well worth it. I spent an hour there and could have gone for much longer if my boyfriend hadn't been with me (bless him! LOL). Soooo many patterns, notions, beads, knock knacks, floss.... And the worker up front was incredibly nice and answered all the questions I had. Will definitely be returning!

I have actually shopped in this store once and had a marvelous experience with their friendly and professional demeanor, but this is the store I call when I need supplies . Living in the Dallas area, we have little shopping opportunities and I have found these ladies in this store to be honest and friendly and my supplies come in just a few days.

We're from the Kansas City area, and my wife lives this place so much it's a must stop anytime We're in the area!(Plus it has a nice sofa for me while the wife browses ?)

Extrodinary selection of needlecraft goods. Beautiful store. But.....do not arrive even 45 mins of closing or you will be whisked out. Not like we did not spend a good amount either...... However, the blonde lady was generous with answers to needle punch process, thank you kindly. Posted closing time was 6pm and we were out of there at 5:50 pm. Would have given 5 stars if we had not been rushed. Were it my store, I would have stayed a bit late to attend customers.

Had my 2nd visit of this shop. Last one was approximately 10 years ago. Knowing my first experience was less than stellar, as soon as we walked in, we were accosted with "What can we help you find? We are closing (in 30 mins)." We had just driven in from Texas and were aware we were cutting it close. Would've happily spent a lot more money if I hadn't been made to feel like an inconvenience. They might consider closing at 5:30 on Wednesdays if they have to walk out the door at 5:58 (they close at 6) to make it somewhere. Selection is beyond words, although I didn't seem to notice any silks in my haste, but customer service severely lacking.

This is cross stitch heaven!! Every possible floss, chart, needle, fabric, kit, etc. you could possibly want or think of or need. The ladies running the shop are so knowledgeable and gladly answer your questions.

I had order a chart , spoke with Lindy , talked about threads but I opted out as they were to pricey for me.My complaint is her arrogant attitude toward a customer, me for an error she made.She ran my card three times , it set off a security risk, my bank notified me, & explained they had the security code in wrong, when I called Lindy the owner was verbally rude & challenged me regarding the order. When it was her error! She could have easily calked to verify .All I wanted to know is how a $20. Chart got to be &45.She didn’t have a register ticket with itemized charges, she stated she takes her handwritten receipts home. Nightly.Really 2023 & she’s not organized.I’m would never recommend her store.Unbelievable how arrogant, condescending & rude she was, & not owning her error . No customer should be treated like this. Ever….

I order from them pretty frequently, and they've never disappointed me. I find that they have a solid selection of patterns, kits, fibers and fabrics as well as some very unique and fun notions. They generally ship very quickly and have called me when there was going to be a delay in getting my order out because they needed to order a kit I wanted from the manufacturer. They're by far my favorite place to shop for my stitching goodies online.
