Extremely unprofessional and rude. Paint doesn’t match at all and they refuse to correct it. It’s been a huge headache dealing with them and the insurance company. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!!

we have used this company before for a previous collision repair. they were very communicative and timely with the estimate of cost, length of time for repair, and the actual repair.this time however they are delayed by 2 weeks to getting the estimate. they did not communicate with me as the primary owner of the vehicle and primary contact on the insurance coverage. they have had the vehicle for over 3 weeks now, and they haven't even started the breakdown or repair. when i called today to get an estimate, the owner was rude, defensive, and argumentative. when i asked why this repair was being handled differently, i was cussed at and told to come get my "explicative" keys.i immediately called my insurance company. i was told this is a very strange occurrence and that they even had to call after 2 weeks just to get the estimate. luckily, the insurance company has agreed to tow the car to another repair place and retract the payment to the len sherrell's paint and body.

I had a Toyota Tundra that was damaged by a tree limb during a storm, had to pay out of pocket. Price was very fair, and they did an Excellent job. That is why they are always busy.

Had a interview with them talk to him told me to come up there at 10 and i did and he lied and said they called me to cancel the appointment and they went with somebody else I really just feel as soon as he seen me cause iam " black " he did not want to be bothered I seen no people of color in there what's that tell u think bout it iam putting this on here so nobody has to worried about wasting gas if your a person of color.

Do yourself a favor and stay away!!! The repairs needed were not completed. When I relayed my concerns, there was no response. Now I’m stuck needing to make the repairs. See the picture. They tried to cover the scratch with paint. Wow! Unbelievable! I will be going somewhere else. I dropped my vehicle off working fine. When I retrieved my vehicle, the guy was jumping my battery. I’ve never had an issue with my battery. Now they refuse to replace. The lady (I am assuming manager or owner) has no accountability. This place is a fraud. Stay clear of this place.Service: Body & Trim

Sherrel Paint and Body fixed hail damage on my 2012 FIAT 500. They did an excellent job. The work was done very quickly during the pandemic. Moreover, they went above and beyond by delivering my car to me at my home after all repairs were done. Len Sherrell's body work and customer service is second to none.
