It sucks this is the only local station with hot food near me. Today I went in and grabbed a couple of pizza pockets, and a couple of bean burritos on my way in to work. I did not get my 2 burritos that I paid for. I look it up to call the shop to see what the options are...of course the number doesn't work. They charge more for most products than their counterparts in the area, but won't keep a working phone line. I guess I'll have to go to QT from now on which sucks as this place is literally hundreds of feet from my home.

Horrible customer service the lady that was working tonight black haired lady was totally rude when she rang up the wrong pack of cigarettes when I asked her for the correct pack she rolled her eyes told me me well that's going to require a refund you're going to have to hold on a second no one was in the store she went over grab the pack refunded it and then turned around real hateful and said now which one is it this one which was totally not it and I said no the blue pack she gave a quarter not giving me my original change and then when I questioned her she bugged her eyes out so big stared at me like a lunatic and printed the receipts saying "here" "here" "here" "here" and she was obviously in the wrong when I mentioned I had not gotten my change she tried to tell me she gave it to me even though she had it he continued to roll her eyes and say "here" I left completely unsatisfied and will not go back to that store until she is no longer there

Horrible customer service!! Yesterday the girl working there yelled at my husband and told him not to come back because he asked her not to touch the top of his can. She is always blowing her nose and then not washing them before dealing with customers. Then she pulls out her phone and records him as he is leaving. She was out of line! Won't be back!

Was enjoyable as any trip to a convenience store but it was normal for a sunny day not much traffic was early in the day was with my Dad picking up his truck there at front entrance of Ezmart Shell convenience store next to gas pumps. We were in and out less than 10 minutes less traffic less number of individuals made it a good ? trip.

Tried this morning to go in and get $100 worth of diesel and probably $30 worth of unleaded. couple bags of ice and 10 Gatorade's and two yellow balls to get the work day started. Wanted me to guess how much gas and fuel I needed so I can pre-pay instead of just turning it on So I could fill everything up for my business. I Live less than a block away from the store but I'm done I will be using quick trip from here on out should've known better. Enjoy restocking all that product that could of been Profit. Quiktrip please buy a corner near me soon!! turnpike going in right behind us.
