Brittney at the Peoria location was very helpful she listen to my concerns about the location I was trying to have my unit in and handled all my problems with in the hour Thanks very much Brittney I appreciate you. Second off the lady that was called over to open that location was very funny,helpful, she knows her job and made my day so much better her name is K. Mullins your a very special woman and the title you have should be so much more we had many problems even after handling things in the office after doing online that she got it all handled like a adult and help me with everything I needed help with. She even went above and beyond to find me more medium boxes that they did not have. Thanks very much Miss K and Thanks again for coming to open the store for me!!!”

“This place is very easy to get in and out of from the highway. I haven't had any issues. The only issue is there are a lot of homeless that use the building. But they are working on that issue.”
“Great place!! Always felt like our items were safe and secure. There were never any people randomly walking around - it was very secure. Multiple times while we were here, we saw employees taking care of things around the property, changing lightbulbs, picking up trash, and etc. Employees were always very friendly, kind, and attentive. I would definitely use them again if and when needed!!”
