I gave them money to hold a H3 for me. For 7 days. I came back the same day to pay for it & they came outside saying they didn't have a title. 10 yrs ago this place was not like this. Changed owners & now this. Bad business

They do have clean, nice vehicles. I will give them that. However, their pricing is unbelievable. I have to imagine they do the majority of their business during tax season preying on inexperienced car buyers who have large refund checks and poor credit. Went to look at an 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was very clean low mileage, which Kelly blue book says the clean retail value was $12,600. They were asking $21,900. If that wasn't bad enough, the trade in value for my vehicle was $1800 on the low end, to which they offered me at most $500. If you have credit issues and are looking for a place that will work with you, look elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off.
