Update:
The store manager contacted me almost immediately. I received a call from him, seeking clarification and apologizing again. He assured me that steps were being taken to address the employees behavior and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
What impressed me most about the store manager’s handling of the situation with his genuine concern and willingness to listen to my feedback. He made it clear that he valued customer satisfaction and was committed to providing a positive shopping experience for all.
His actions have restored my faith and Sam’s Club moving forward. I hope this never happens to any other customers again.

I recently had a truly disheartening experience at the Tulsa Hills location. While attempting to use a self-checkout machine that was clearly malfunctioning, I approached an older blonde-haired associate to help me process my transaction, who, instead of offering assistance, was extremely rude and questioned my ability to read.
The machine displayed 'Return scanner to holder' when it was already sitting. I removed and replaced the scanner, but the machine would not print my receipt. I attempted to fix the problem myself before tracking her down again after my card would not scan moments earlier; instead of offering to help, she asked me, 'Do you know how to read?'
I was so stunned- what if I did not know how to read? Truly disgusting comment.
Sam's Club should prioritize training their associates to provide helpful and respectful customer service. I spoke to a supervisor via the phone once left the store- she was apologetic. Despite that, this experience has left me questioning my future membership with the store after 20 years.

It's always busy every time my wife and I go. Meat prices aren't always the best. No one knows how to say "pardon me" or "excuse me" anymore, although I don't blame sams for that issue. However, my wife and I always eat a pizza combo and we don't usually have a terrible experience. We don't necessarily look forward to going to sams, but we don't dread it either and will continue to buy certain groceries at this store.

There were no carts in the store, you had to grab one from the parking lot. The women's bathroom was really dirty. The staff was very friendly though.

I was using the self checkout, the older white lady with blonde hair employee made me extremely uncomfortable as she was so intentionally watching me scan.
I was the only darker person at the self checkout and I felt like she was being racist.
I confronted her and she acted like nothing was going on. She made feel like I was stealing extremely uncomfortable!
I will report this to corporate.

Austin is the best. We had an accident in the bathroom and Austin came in and litterly saved me from a mental breakdown. We appreciate you Austin so much. For real god bless you and thank you!!!

I spoke on the phone with Mia - trying to cancel my account. Have to come in to do it. I was annoyed but not rude, nor raised my voice - I was in the process of telling MIA thank you for your assistance when she just plain hung up on me. I called back - and I know she was not answering the phone - let it ring until it disconnected. I called again - and a manager answered - thank you! He was helpful, kind, and listened to my issues. MIA should not be in customer service.

Paid my Sams Club card off faithfully and was never late. This week I paid it off again. Noticed my credit limit dropped so I called Sams card services. They said due to a slight dip in your credit we lowered your available balance. I replied, it was because your company teamed up with capital one and offered me a credit card through capital one. This is what temporary dropped my score. My score is already on the rise due to PAYING MY FULL BALANCE. The customer service agent who could barely speak English made no effort to help. Treated me like a dog. I said close my account and she did. Woke company for sure. Should have never dealt with you. My wife and I spent thousands of dollars there every year but you just ended that over stupidity on your end. Costco it is. FYI: I was never a day late paying my bill.
