I enjoy shopping here. It's so easy. As a member, I have options- I can ship in-store, order a curbside pick up, or have items shipped to me. In store, I can use the app to scan and go instead of waiting in line. Also, their pizza is pretty good! We grabbed a couple for the family, and they said it would be about 10 minutes- that's exactly how long it took. We brought 2 home, and the kids were thrilled!

Rotisserie chicken at Sam's is hazardous to your health. There is absolutely no need for the extremely high levels of sodium, 550 MG per 3 oz serving, compared to Whole Foods at 70 MG per serving. Otherwise, great store and many good deals, including clothing. Would like to see more sporting goods. Great tire shop at Tulsa Hills.

Constantly changing layout, not consistent with items that are staples. Too crowded and waste of time trying to find items.

I love Sam's but hate being asked if I want to upgrade every time I check out. The computer already asks that. If someone has to ask me this question during check out then saying No once should be enough for them to leave me alone and go ask someone else. I had I do it 3 times because she wouldn't stop. The third time I was really irritated and lost track of what I scanned.. enough! If a customer says no the first time then move on...

This store dose not support the needs for the disability needs. I have been shopping here for over 30 years. For the people I work with when buying big items you have to a training receipt to turn in to office to get a check to come back and pay on the items and to pick it up. Sam's club has done this for us for the last 25 years. Today I was told we never do that and we are not doing it for you. Told them this making me question of staying a member. The cam told me give me you card and we will end your membership and you can just go to Casco. the customer support here is horrible

More limitations on staples such a water and zero toilet paper today without any logic. " Signs have been up for weeks" was the unapologetic response by Associate rationing my purchases like a prison guard. I asked for a manager today and learned this is "the ghetto" Sam's Club of Tulsa as the Members in this club's demographic don't spend as much as the households in metropolitan clubs on Olympia and Mingo. The other clubs are better stocked and staffed and he told me more also more desirable locations to work. Sam's Club gasoline at this location (with zero detergent additive ) responsible for filling hundreds of Members' gasoline tanks with contaminated gas causing thousands of dollars of repairs in tank flushes. This explains why its gas is cheaper than QuikTrip. ***Rationing is a way to drive sales , requiring gullible Members to walk to the far corners of the stores multiple times and daring you to not impulsively shop.***** Looking into Costco. I hear they have good soup.

Twice I’ve gone in this store because it is close to my work and twice I’ve been sprayed in the face with sanitizer as I walk in the door. Employee wildly sprays the carts and shoots it in the air on customers as they walk in. Won’t be going back

What a crock these and Walmart's are becoming. Hire more employees to help with checkout instead of forcing us to use self checkout That drives me crazy every time I'm in one of these places. What happened to the bedrock this corporation was built on. Customer service was always #1 but now it's been thrown out the window completely.

I love Sam’s and their curbside pickup- but this location is clearly understaffed. It’s unfortunate for both the employees, who are clearly having to do twice the work, and unfortunate for the customers who are trying to use their services. My order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be and I could have gone in and picked my own items faster. I even called in to ask about my order and the girl who answered the phone told me how short staffed they were. Creates a bad experience for all those involved.
