We went shopping as a family with two toddlers eventually my dad found some sausage but it wouldn't ring up so we asked the associates for help at the self check out. The employees came over with an attitude and said the sausages shouldn't even be put out yet even though it was a whole display of sausages with the price. The employees rang up the sausages as nonfood instead of as a food item and they said they had no way to ring it up as food. Eventually we got the sausages removed since it couldn't be rung up as food. I been a sams club member for over 2 years now. This location is horrible and ghetto with rude staff good luck getting help from nice or decent employees.

5/24 update - 1 yr later - same as before. Cafe employees are nice, and the food in the cafe is pretty fantastic.Prices for a lot of things are good. Store is clean. Plenty of check out lanes. I come here once a month to stock up on necessities and basic food items.

I like this Sam's Club location much better than the others in the area. It's one that only the locals seem to know about and it's not as crowded.

I was at Sams on May 16th at 5:45pm and I was with Renee in customer service. Her treatment was derogatory, rude and racist towards me. She refused to give me a physical card of my membership (it was the first time I ordered it) I asked to please get someone else to assist me since she was not helping me. I was lucky enough to be served by Jennifer and she was pleasant, cordial and helped me with what I needed. She gave me the card without any problem. I cannot understand how unempathetic and unprofessional people can work there.

Never ever been to a sams club and had a good non broken shopping cart as well as the unlevel ground outside Neary made it impossible to put my groceries in the car without my cart rolling back.

They stopped selling the deluxe pizza at the caffe. Membership cancelled.

Terrible customer service. From their wait time and help desk hanging up on you and being completely unhelpful to their front end manager and front desk employees. They need customer service training and conflict resolution training. I've worked in customer service plenty of times and never hung up or talked terribly to customers. I'm better off shopping somewhere where the products are higher quality, better stocked, and they'll actually check me out without trying to upsell me on a membership or credit card.

Bob that works outside at the gasoline area is fantastic! I had changed purses, and my Sam’s card was not with me. As always, he is there to help, scanned the store card for me, and we had a nice visit while I got my gas. Bob turned what could’ve been a bad experience into a fun conversation with a very nice guy. Another lady joined in the fun, and she, too, had a story about Bob helping her. Bob is great!
