Just had the best experience with the tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam's club. Jason the department manager took ownership of a problem I had with getting all four tires in that I ordered. He made the problem his own until it was resolved. His three employees, Arly, Steve and Anthony were very professional and took care of my hard-to-mount tires. The whole team was great to deal with. I give the whole team a thumbs up. Thank you.

Tire store at Tulsa Hills is fantastic. Jason and Ray are excellent at their job but also great guys. Their service was superb and so is their selection.

Gas pumps are straight across from the store. During busy periods, it is almost impossible to get across the street from one to the other. What were they thinking? For sure they were not thinking about the customer!!!

NEVER EVER getting gas or shopping at this Sam's Club ever again. Just now, I had TWO guy in pumps next to me had their vehicles RUNNING and when I asked politely for them to shut them off, because I had my ONE MONTH OLD CHILD with me, I had profanities screamed in my face. Not only is it ILLEGAL for your vehicle to be running, but also incredibly dangerous. I then asked the attended to ask them to shut them off and stated that I was uncomfortable, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “there’s nothing he could do” really?! So THEN I called the club, waited on hold for over 10mins, called on another phone and finally got someone in management and he was so nonchalant about the situation. You could tell by the tone of his voice that he couldn’t care less about my uncomfortableness. He said all the attendant can do is suggest they turn off their cars. So then I asked what if one of them decided to light up a cigarette while pumping gas, and was told the exact same thing. He can only suggest they put the cigarette out. I stated that I would never be getting gas there again, and he literally said “oh well” to my face. Didn’t care that he lost business, doesn’t care that he’s constantly putting dozens of lives in danger. NEVER AGAIN.

My daughter was just at the store for over 45 minutes trying to get her New Sams club card. It was purchased as a promotion for 19.99, to also receive a $10 gift card, free rotisserie chicken and 8 pack of cupcakes. The person Crystal/Christine told her it was invalid and she, my daughter needed to call tech support. The person was very un professional and ended up doing the membership manually and told her because it was done manually, none of the offers will be valid. I just happen to be on the phone when my daughter was there listening to the person. I would like a call at 918-688-2650. I had the same issue a year ago.

Long time card member here as well as Costco so I've been around the volume stores for a long time now. This location has always been super clean and things are almost always easy to locate unlike Costco where items are always changing locations or either getting replaced. We picked up 3 pies that were literally the biggest I've ever seen. Apple , Pecan & pumpkin and all wee under $20 for the lot . We grabbed a container of cookies as well for a smokin deal. They had some pretty decent prices on beef but we didn't grab any but I'll be keeping that in mind for the next trip. Restroom was super clean and there was some actual soap instead of the sanitizer that I've seen @ other locations. I will say though that with everyone that was in the store they only had 2 check outs open and the rest were self checkout that just drives me crazy too

I have a suggestion to consider. How about making the diesel pumps diesel only instead of both. Very frustrating when the other pumps are available for regular gas and someone pulls in at the diesel pumps to get regular gas and we have to wait FOREVER for our turn!
