I love Sam’s and their curbside pickup- but this location is clearly understaffed. It’s unfortunate for both the employees, who are clearly having to do twice the work, and unfortunate for the customers who are trying to use their services. My order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be and I could have gone in and picked my own items faster. I even called in to ask about my order and the girl who answered the phone told me how short staffed they were. Creates a bad experience for all those involved.

Best place to go for cheap spending for bulk sizes better then Walmart and any other place I think I love going to Sam's such friendly service and staff always stocked on items and very helpful when finding things

Long time card member here as well as Costco so I've been around the volume stores for a long time now. This location has always been super clean and things are almost always easy to locate unlike Costco where items are always changing locations or either getting replaced. We picked up 3 pies that were literally the biggest I've ever seen. Apple , Pecan & pumpkin and all wee under $20 for the lot . We grabbed a container of cookies as well for a smokin deal. They had some pretty decent prices on beef but we didn't grab any but I'll be keeping that in mind for the next trip. Restroom was super clean and there was some actual soap instead of the sanitizer that I've seen @ other locations. I will say though that with everyone that was in the store they only had 2 check outs open and the rest were self checkout that just drives me crazy too

Sam's Club Tulsa, Oklahoma I purchase many items in bulk and do not need to return for several months. I came to Sam's Club to restock on several products. I have multiple chronic illnesses and can not hear very well because of my multiple disabilities. A very angry and aggressive European woman (Erika), employee at Sam's Club approached me without a mask on. She said, I ignored an employee at the door when asked for my membership card. I was very offended by her ableism, approaching me without a mask and her discrimination at the fact I have invisible disabilities. Knowledge is available and library cards are free. I told the rude, ableism European employee and her so-called manager (Brady) a sign should be posted because many individuals do not hear very well. There is a lot of traffic at the entry door and traffic going by. Plus I had previously came to Sam's Club a week prior and they were out of what I needed. I was not asked for my membership card. The lack of logic between the two of them was astounding. If I was not a Sam's Club member I would not be able to checkout. Both employees need to learn about disabilities, create a sign prompting to view membership cards with the money Sam's Club and Walmart does *not* pay in state taxes.

The employees at this Tulsa Hills location are so sweet and in the store is usually always appropriately stocked. Yesterday I grabbed 2 boxes of carefully packaged beautiful yellow peaches that were just delicious!!!

I have a suggestion to consider. How about making the diesel pumps diesel only instead of both. Very frustrating when the other pumps are available for regular gas and someone pulls in at the diesel pumps to get regular gas and we have to wait FOREVER for our turn!

I went to get my shopping list and the shopping list off my mother-in-law who is a senior and cannot leave her home. I bought a bottle of Clorox for myself and I was taking one for my mother-in-law, they told me I could not take more than one I explain the situation to the manager Casey I even FaceTime my mother-in-law so that Casey could see that it was for her. She said my mother-in-law had to come and buy it. The problem is she can’t go out that’s why I’m helping her and C

Would highly recommend getting a cake from Sam’s club. We got our 3-tier wedding cake from Sam’s and it was great! Liked the decoration and the cake was moist and tasty. Very pleasantly surprised. Was also extremely reasonably priced for a 3-tier cake! Only $75 with tax. Can’t beat that.

This review is for the concessions only.... not the whole store. For a quick meal, this can't be beat for value. $1.50 for a monster all Beef dog and a drink, $2.50 for a monster piece of pizza and a drink. $1.50 for berry sundae...so why only 3 stars? It's not all about being cheap. Every time I've been here the tables are a mess, AND they are out of condiments, or they are out of food. Case in point, I've been here twice in 2 days to visit the pharmacy...each day, tables were filthy, first day no relish or onions, second day no onions...and there apparently is no longer any kraut.
