Apparently they do not do walk-ins even tho they have multiple signs posted saying that they do. Doors locked during business hours.

Hair dresser was nice but didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Ruined my hair. Cut unevenly and too short. Tried to get a refund and couldn’t get in touch with no one there. Bad customer service. Won’t go back.Service: Haircut

Sarah at Salon Karma is freaking amazing!!! I had gotten an unfortunate haircut from someone at another salon and Sarah spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect ( I have thick hair and was getting a short bob and she killed it!!! ) She’s so skilled, super sweet and has the best music playlist to top it all off!! Highly recommend, 100%!!!??

Sarah is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. Nobody has nailed my haircuts or natural looking coloring like she has. I'm very picky, my frizzy dark hair does not lighten well without withstanding much damage, and I need smoothing treatments for my genetically frizzy hair that I also tend to damage a ton on my own. Sarah has done my hair for years and every cut has been spectacular, every coloring has been on point, and every smoothing treatment has been ideal, all without ever experiencing damaging effects like I've had with literally every other stylist I've seen. I moved out of state and tried to find a new stylist locally, and nobody has measured up to Sarah and her unique set of skills. Sarah has fixed many botched jobs that I've flown back to Tulsa in order for Sarah to remedy. Now, I just travel out of state a couple times a year to see Sarah and have her return my locks to the fabulous that only she seems to be able to achieve. Sarah gives me many styling tips and care instructions that would be so useful if I would listen. Unfortunately, I'm a busy single mom who spends too much time in chlorinated water, rush off on early mornings with messy buns and damage my hair with hair ties, and I wash my hair too often despite Sarah's warnings...yet she still fixes my hair each time to perfection. Without Sarah in my life, I would have likely lost my mind and shaved my head. With Sarah, I'm dead sexy and have so much confidence, especially with the plethora of compliments I always get after visiting Sarah for my hair needs! Thank you, Sarah!Services: Balayage

I love Sarah!! I follow her and will not go to anyone else for my fine/thin hair and color because I trust her to help me look good so I can show up confident in My life. She’s never recommended anything I didn’t go try and love and learn from and we definitely connect over natural products. She knows what to recommend for my hair on the regular/day to day, for style and function. She is time efficient but relaxed and super chill. You get what you pay for. When I first saw her , I asked how much it would be so I got an idea and she was straight forward and clear. No complaints , overall and I am always leaving happy and ready to show my style off!! Sarah is an absolute QUEEN! I always look forward to her working her magic, and haven't let a single soul besides her touch my hair since moving to Tulsa 4 years ago! Most times, I send her several photos of ideas I have, and she has this insane ability of combining every aspect of each photo I love and giving me an outcome I (and so many others) love! Sarah is horribly unprofessional and does not know what she is doing. The owner seems great but Sarah has ruined mine and 12 other peoples hair and will not give them refunds. Please do something about this.
