A++ experience and Robert in fragrance was so amazingly helpful and friendly. I wanted to smell a LOT to find whatever caught my attention and he was patient with me and so gracious. Gave me space and also checked in with me. It was incredible and I’ll be coming back whenever I can, thank you again Robert!! Love my Bitter Peach!

I give it a 2 based solely on customer experience. When I shop here, I am usually coming from the gym. I am casual, tattoos showing, and messy hair. I get “Pretty-Womaned” almost every time UNTIL they see my Prada or YSL bag. Then they fawn over me. It’s honestly a bit sickening that I am profiled the moment I walk in, when I could easily drop $10k in one trip. I have found better places to shop with employees who don’t make assumptions based on how I look.

I ordered the shoes online and waiting for my shoes to be delivered. I tracked the order on Sunday and it says they the package will be delivered on Tuesday. Since I haven’t received the order I tracked the package again and it says it will be delivered the next day which is on Wednesday. I didn’t received the package on Wednesday so I track the package which is I had to download an application to track the package with Veho and it says that undeliverable. So I contacted the Veho it was saying the package misdelivered and I have to contact Saks fifth Avenue to get a refund. I contacted the customer service, they said that they need to claim the lost shipment first with Veho and to wait 48 hours until they can refund my money. So I complained I said that I want my shoes, and they said that they don’t have anymore in stock. So I couldn’t have the shoes that I wanted and they won’t refund me until they get refund whatever from the shipping company. First of all that’s not even my business to wait for the process, it’s their business with the shipping comp (Veho) and they supposed to give me solution. But they just don’t care about their customer at all. They just want your money!!!!! Very disappointed, bad customer service and bad business!

Everyone’s experience is different but my personal experience at this location was horrendous. Never in my life have I been so disrespected at an establishment. I was browsing looking at shoes as one does and an associate walked up to me and asked how my day was and if I needed any assistance when, before I could answer her, another associate. (I guess she was following me or watching me?) interrupts and tells the other associate “no, she’s only looking.” I don’t know if she thought by the way I looked I wasn’t going to purchase anything or I couldn’t? Honestly I don’t know what idea this woman had of me it is irrelevant to how anyone should treat another person. I really wish I hadn’t had such a bad experience as there were so many things I liked in store but after that, I will probably not be back.

All the staff was wonderful. Since I had covid in 2021 my sense of smell hasn't recovered fully so it's been hard to find perfumes. The ladies took time to help me at the makeup counter to find something I'd like. I ended up purchasing a long lasting lip stain by Chanel. ?The lovely lady by the name of Grace in the clothing department was also very helpful and so sweet. She informed me that the item that I've purchased from Saks can be altered there in their store. They have a seamstress on site! I had no idea! No one ever told me that until Grace told me. I can't wait to have my items tailored to my size and height.I'll always shop at Saks! The Las Vegas location should come here to Tulsa and learn a thing or two about guest services because the Las Vegas Saks was awful!

Just kind of small and rundown—not the luxurious atmosphere of Saks. Went for a return and it was fine, but not an exceptional customer experience. The men’s bathrooms on the first floor (near the Men’s Lounge) are frankly depressing especially for a store of this caliber.

Wonderful store! Great products and very helpful staff. Grace is amazing, she is my go to for everything i need. Today she spent several hours with me helping me find dresses and shoes. Grace has gone out of her way to help me each time. I will continue to go just for the experience with her. I am very much looking forward to meeting with the designers when they arrive!

I bough a shoes order number 07672762Shoes to small they don’t want to change it. I returned it they received it since on the 5th I still waiting on the refund to order a biggest size to day is 01/21/2023

The entire upstairs has been closed off at this location. They have a very limited supply of available clothing. I bought a dress online and had to return it (because it was very cheaply made) to this location in hopes of finding something else there. The sales lady helping me was nice but I feel like Saks Fifth has really gone downhill in terms of quality.
