I’d give 5 stars but I can’t. I have a contract with you guys and I’ve never had a problem, I recently quit my job and you guys hadnt taken out a payment in a minute Cara was rude when she called me about a payment. When I said I will figure something out to get you guys the payment today she got rude again. Never will I go through yall when I’m don’t with my contract.

I had came to get my two front tires replaced and was told to pay for them even though I have a year long warranty. After I showed up in person they finally saw that I had the warranty on my account, so after I was told that the tires would be ordered I could come back the next day to get them replaced. After I come back the next day, they told me that they never ordered the tires and I had to come back hours later, I had already made the thirty minute drive to go out of my way TWICE. I finally came back the third day and I asked them if I could get an alignment but the sales manager told me that it wasn’t included after I paid off my tires but I still have a warranty. I asked how much the alignment was and they said it was 108 after tax, which is a ridiculous price, after everything I had gone through the last three days it at LEAST could’ve been offered at a discount or a complimentary service.

The interaction with the guys at RNR was surprisingly pleasant. No pressure from them whatsoever on trying to upsell. Explained the contract very well and didn't sugarcoat anything.
