Awful… Been going here several years which started out decent but has gradually gotten worse to the point, I wouldn’t take animal there. Ive taken into consideration the last few visits that it may have just been the staff working the days I’ve been but after todays visit I have zero confidence in this place. The wait time was over 45 minutes with no else in front of me. I could hear the several of the staff joking around, laughing and talking way too loud with inappropriate personal phone conversation. I felt like I was at the tag office. The staff was lazy, unprofessional and treat you like a burden. that is to say when they get around to you. So disappointed

wonderful service, amazing ladies work here. they were quick to get the orders put in and get me back into the room, I have a whole list of lab orders from my specialist and I could only get through 2 of the vials being taken before I fainted and couldn't handle any more blood drawing, but they were so patient and kind, they didn't make me feel bad about not doing well and I will be able to go back and take the rest in a few days!

I always just check in and there is maybe a short wait… 5-10 min. Friendly and fast blood draw for routine annual lab work.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They don’t matter. Still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time even with an appointment time.

Went for lab work. Easy check-in process. Nice staff. My wait wasn't long. My favorite part was that they had Ancient Aliens on in the waiting room ?

I had the most lovely phlebotomist! Her name is Alivy (I think that’s how it is spelled). She is a small, Asian lady. So nice!In the past, phlebotomists and nurses have made me cry while taking my blood so I have needle anxiety.

The receptionist was extremely rude. Blamed us for not hearing her call my relative’s name to register after I had checked him in. At other labs, checking in online is the registration. It’s a small lobby. She kept repeating she called his name. At one point, he was the only male patient there. I didn’t feel free to point out her “calling” his name was ineffective, or ask for the office manager because I didn’t want her retaliating and not calling him, further adding to our wait time. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. I’ll never go to that lab again because of that receptionist.

I just had a visit at RML Labs on 81& memorial for blood drawn. I have small veins and they roll plus I hate needles. Normally I am stuck at least 8 times, however today the young lady Brandie was EXCELLENT! I told her about my veins and explained I wasn’t trying to tell her her job. She did it with 1 stick I didn’t even feel the needle. Thank you RML and a special thanks to Brandie

Flippant receptionist, VERY SLOW service. A dozen or more SICK patients waiting for long period of time. I told flippant receptionist, after a 45 min wait, that I was leaving and reporting their facility. Went over to Warren Clinic on South Memorial and was in and out in 15 minutes. They were popping patients out quickly and were pleasant. Shame on you RML for treating your patients this way! Your lab people need to do less talking and more working. And your check in computer is not appropriate for elderly patients. It makes life easier for your workers and not for your patients!!

I am a phlebotomist at a lab owned by a local hospital. I called to make sure they were open as quite a few locations have closed. I was sending a patient to them because they had a RML requisition. The lady who answered the phone was rude and short with me. She basically cut me off and hung up. Remember what customer service is. If it weren’t for the patients, we wouldn’t have jobs. Be kind

This lab needs to open promptly at 8 am and be open later than 4 pm to accommodate working people. Also, would be beneficial to stay open until 5 pm or later.
