Hello, I applied to rent a laptop and told the store manager I started school the following week so it was urgent and was told the application process takes 24 hours. After 3 days passed I called to check on the status of my application and was told by a sales rep there are a lot of applications so he couldn’t tell me how long it will take. Very rude and kinda like whatever. After two more days the manager called and said you’re denied. I asked why or what are the reasons for my denial, her stated he didn’t know the reason and couldn’t tell me anything. I then asked for my tenant screening so I could see the reason for denial and he stated he didn’t know what that was and couldn’t provide any info. He was very rude about it and I think the denial was based on his emotions and not the company policies and honestly I don’t think my application was even ran or considered because my references verified they never received a call or any contact.
I contacted corporate and expressed my concerns , left a message with the regional manager and currently waiting on a call back. Based on other reviews I don’t think I’ll ever reveal call back but we shall see..

Highly unprofessional! My ex-fiance rented furniture through rent one and ended up leaving me while I was at work and took all of their belongings with them, including the furniture. I filed a police report not only for rent one’s stolen furniture but also the things stolen from me as well. When I asked Wes if I should file charges he informed me that was not necessary so of course when the police called to follow up on said police report I stated I did not want to press charges and that I was simply just filling the report out on behalf of rent one. That’s when the issues started. I was being harassed almost daily by Wes and rent one staff saying that my room mate called and said we still have the furniture but here is the kicker. I don’t have a room mate and we don’t know anyone in Tulsa for them to even call. We didn’t have friends from here either who have even been to our apartment that could confirm or deny if the furniture was in my home. After my ex fiance left I was blocked on everything but still gave rent one their contact information to Get ahold of them since I could not. Rent one still called my phone daily asking for my ex and when I would say this isn’t them and that it’s me they would hang up in my face. When I had my boss and his wife over for dinner last night rent one came banging on the door and when I told them I was not getting involved in this and shut my door they continued to bang for 30 minutes. That was the last straw. I’ve sent a cease and desist letter this morning to rent one that I also sent out to my lawyer and rent one still called this morning demanding we return the furniture. This is so predatory especially when I wasn’t the one who rented the furniture my name is no where on that contract so I shouldn’t be the one harassed especially when I did nothing but try and help them locate the furniture including giving the address that I last known my ex to be. Do better rent one.

The rent one here in Tulsa that I go to is absolutely amazing. The store manager Wes and the rest of the staff is phenomenal. They are always willing to help work extremely hard to get what you need and what you want honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else they know good business they’re good to their customers, and I will continually go back. Well, done guys well done

I wish I could give them a zero!!!! This place should be sued for harrassment!! I have never known a place that will call you on the day that your payment is due including your references while you are at work three times in a day to remind you that your payment is due!!! Those that rent knows their payment is due on whatever day!! This is ridiculous

Overall I do love the store. But this week I was sadly disappointed when they delivered my furniture and one of the gentlemen accidentally broken the piece to my Wi-Fi outlet. I know it was an accident but it's the fact that I called the store (31st & Garnett) and I explained to the manager James what happened and I was supposed to get a text with his email so I could send the photos of the damage but I haven't heard from him since. It happened on Tuesday. Cox is billing me $60 for this and I believe the company should pay for it or at least give me a credit on my furniture payment next month. I didn't get upset until the company blew me off. Other than that all of my experiences with them have been great and I would definitely recommend the company.

They stole our dryer vent hose. When we questioned them they stated they supply the vent house which they do not because it is fire hazzard. Also we ask for the warranty on a mattress and we are still paying for it and they refuse to give the information. We literally owe 150.00 to pay this bed off. Worst location to rent from. The left hand don’t know what the right hand is doing. And they steal from customers homes. Hey Shelly. You need to be trained better by law yall are not allowed to even hook up dryer vent hoses because of fire risk. So try another one. And please show me the contract where it shows you people supply the dryer vent house. BBB will

I told them that I didn't need the washer and dryer anymore and they came and picked it up didn't owe anything on it had it for like a week paid for that month already will it's been a couple of weeks now and I get a message saying my payment is due and I had it on auto pay so I thought they cancelled all that when I let it go back weeks ago but today I get a text from my bank saying they took $220.69 out of my account I am very mad it is Sunday and I can't do anything

Heyyyy shoppers. We’re as. No business is perfect, I love rent one and there’s staff. If they make a mistake they are will to fix’s it. The assistant store manager is very informative, she made sure I understood the whole process from the beginning to end. Yes we did have a few minor mistakes, but they are human. But the humanity is there and that means more to me than anything. So I recommend them 10/10. Go ahead visit our local store and tell them Dedrick sent you! I promise you will be taken care of. ?????
P.S Don’t my tv and fireplace look gooood!
