I just paid off my auto loan early right now and they won't give me a loan for another car. ? Makes sense, guy pays off his loan early, why would you lend him anymore money?

Trashy loan sharks. I paid off my loan, and they rewarded me by continuing to auto-debit my checking account at a reputable credit union, causing overdraft fees and a wasted day undoing the damage. I feel like I need to take a shower after being in their sleazy lobby, and all they would do is "let" me close a "savings" account I never asked for or signed up for to begin with. Avoid at all costs.

I have a car loan with them.Fee for everything is crazy. You can go into the branch, pay on the phone, pay automatic, and transfer all of it is a fee of $4/5.99. When I pay early, on time, a higher amount or even two times in a month it’s all going to the interest rate, barely to little is on the principle. Never had this problem with other banks. The ‘little’ interest rate is a lie, I believe, I think it’s hidden rates somewhere. I had a 14.9% with someone else and was owing a way lower amount than what I’m owing with a one digit rate. Before you saying anything the cars were the same amount only off by dollars.Every time I call in I’m on hold for more than 30 minutes. When they do answer they’re rude. I feel nobody in the branch is knowledgeable of their job because when I asks questions there asking each other and still not able to answer my question. I’m told they will get back to me which they never do. I’m tired of them as much as they’re tired of me.I learned you can transfer loans so I’m hoping my bank will pick it up. This credit union is a hassle and the worst I’ve experienced.

Do not use this credit union. It’s an absolute nightmare to make your own payments, they won’t send paper statements anymore. I’ve been with them for years and I’m closing all accounts immediately.

I got the loan for my truck from there I almost always pay on time, but if I'm a day late... Yes a day. I get a phone call, a call to my closest family member, a text, and an e-mail. They are a little over zealous in my opinion.

I’ve been a customer for years. I’ve never once had a good experience. Apparently you have to have an 750 credit score for their overdraft, and after you’re denied they will use your savings as overdraft instead. Anytime I’ve EVER had to call or reach out for question or anything I’ve never received even decent customer service. When I bring it up people in member services like ALYSSA ROACH will down play your concerns and say “we’ll I’ve been a member and employee for 11 years and never had problems.” Like of course you’re not going to have problems when all of red crown knows you and you work there. Lmao. These people are soooo out of touch with reality it is unreal. The debit cards constantly have issues and won’t work when you go to use them. DO NOT BANK HERE. They will also make you go through hell to close the account. Never again. Every single branch of red crown is absolutely awful. THEY DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE OF THEIR MEMBERS.THEY DELETE AND REMOVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS WELL.

I've been banking with red crown for about 6 years. In the past 4 years I moved to Florida then Washington. I still bank with them and wouldn't dream of banking anywhere else. They have sister branches from one coast to the other and I always get incredible customer service.

This is really a no star company. Had a 60 month loan I had paid down to $350 in less than 24 months. Had some unexpected expenses and a few small paychecks due to pandemic and weather. Figured I could sit on this last payment. I was wrong, after taking money out on my account on several occasions, without notice, and me having to beg them to put it back, they reported late payment to credit bureaus. Never again, I suggest you use someone else.

Stay far away from this place high interest charge if you pay a month early high interest charge if you pay on time.they just want your money one month my interest was $18 the next month it was almost $50 steer clear of this company
