Worst staff ever. Lied because they didn’t wanted to honor the discount card issued by my employer. If you don’t want to go over the hassle or running the card don’t partner with those companies. Or Reasor’s, please get workers without the attitude. Besides the high prices in groceries this place is a no go.Worst experience ever in this country.

The Reasors reward card is a total rip off. Any points you earn are gone almost before you use the card. I purchased $200 worth of meat around October 25, but Nov 10 the points were gone. Nov 10 I purchased $100 worth of meat and by Nov 24 all points were gone. Itsa rip off and I will be shopping less and less there.

Terrible pharmacy. Way too expensive and the pharmicist was really rude about my goodrx coupon. I want to support locally owned businesses but not this one.

Food prices are very high, I've tried on three different occasions to use their Digital Coupons, they DO NOT WORK. Even the store employees can't figure them out. I am DONE with Reasor's!!!

They are open 24 hours, which is very convenient for me, as someone who recently moved from the Westcoast and hasn't settled in with the new time difference. I've been here twice, both visits, 1 register was open and the line had about 12 - 15 people waiting. The check out process took longer than the shopping. Other than the lack of staffing & mediocre customer service, Reasors is great. Wide variety of groceries, household and hygiene products, all at reasonable prices, conveniently open 24 hours.

There would be 0 stars if that were possible. I haven't shopped this, my favorite Reasor's, in a couple months now (at least ). Hubby just *stormed* in, having stopped for a quick pickup. He calls it a ghetto store and forbids my shopping there. He's right, we've been going all the way to the 41st / Yale. More later. A little history: As I said, I've always preferred that store. I know it like the back of my hand. A manager there once told me that store has more specialty items than any of the others. I was familiar w/ most of the employees. We all had anxiously awaited the opening of the Brookside store a few years back. But it just wasn't the same. Upon my first walk-in to the newly opened Brookside store, a transplanted 15th St employee came running up to hug me. She seemed so happy. BUT, shortly after I ran into her back at the 15th St store. When I asked why, she said, "It just wasn't the same" and I completely understood. I live between the two so it's equal distance either way. The 15th St store, however, is between home and our business which made it SO convenient. I don't remember who bought Reasors, but I wish it hadn't gone down. And I don't understand why this store is so despicable & the others aren't so bad. Just straight out poor management at THAT store? Hubby came home one day, shocked after stopping by 15th. He said "it's all different. The self check is expanded and it's kinda shut off in a circle". (Are they afraid you'll escape?) Anyway I was anxious to see the changes. It was a weekend and we were together. My first impression was that it seemed kind of trashy. The shelves were a mess w/, like, sticky notes where sale items were. I could forgive/ overlook & give them time to get their act together. But then we went to check out! We began self check in our emprisoned little corner w/ two guards nearby. Right off the bat we couldn't find the code for green onions. Not under onions, not under green onions. I turned to the guards and the older one recited the code. I laughed, " Like, wow, how'd you know that?" She went to the other side of the store. Another confession: I relentlessly shop the ads. Yea, it's confusing that the stores may differ but that's just something you have to learn. But I know MY sales. Blue Diamond nuts were on sale 2/$5. They weren't ringing up right. Hubby flagged down a guard, and boy was she a b----! Pushy, rude know-it-all who knew *nothing. She had no idea that it was wrong, she didn't know where they were in the store. I couldn't help her as the aisle was cut off by the "circle of check out". Then came the Manwich, on sale for $.99. An advertised steal. It rang up $1.99. Gulp! Another brash, uncaring, unknowing guard came to the rescue (?). This one ran around like a chicken w/ its head cut off, slinging around a newspaper. With all the huffing & puffing I finally said, " Can you just take it off? Please." I have not returned as Hubby verifies it still a ghetto hell. Which brings us to today. We were out of cheddar cheese. I texted him with the info that Best Choice cheddar shreds were 2/$3. Of course it didn't ring up w/ the sale price. But someone finally, this time, honored the ad. I can't tell you how many times I've left a phone or billfold at Reasor's -- when it *was* Reasor's -- and it was always waiting for me. Nicest people ever. A really young woman came up to me once and said, "You shop at Reasor's." I said, " are you my checker?" She smiled shyly and said, " No, I'm your bagger."

This is a review that I never finished but nothing has changed except...I forgot to add that different stores carry different items...It's a gamble every time...went for peppermint mocha creamer 2 times in the last week and they're still out...needed cloth work gloves only had size xl in all 10 brands...wanted gingerbread precut cookie's once again empty spot where they should go...basically they are always out of the specialty items that I go to Reasor's for. Even if It's something I don't usually buy, they carry it but it's of course out of stock. It seems like as a grocery store you would reorder the items that people buy the most. Especially during times like before and after thanksgiving....

I'm not a huge fan of this location. Every time I go to the produce section, it feels run down and kind of unclean. I've seen fruit flies by and the produce itself seems to go bad very quickly once I bring it home. I would recommend driving the distance to other Reasor's locations for a better experience!

The WORST possible parking lot you will ever enter. Seriously, it does absolutely nothing for traffic control except make it so much worse. Other then that it's just like any other reasors. Expensive, but more local food and good produce

Not a Gelson's or TJ's or the like, but ok enough to have fairly standard staples. On a Sunday, it's crowded, and much of the stock seems...unusually low. While there are plenty of organic carrots (for example), lettuce is low, and even the prepared stuff (salads) seems to be woefully inadequate for a busy shopping day. Could be the pandemic, could be the logistics, could be alot of things; at least they have plenty of meats behind the counter and on the shelves. Prices are not inexpensive at this store, and it's more like Whole Foods (price wise) than Safeway. But it's one of the most convenient stores to downtown, so like any city, you'll pay more here as a result. But your choices won't necessarily be better.

I have used this pharmacy for the last 10 months. EVERY SINGLE MONTH it is like pulling teeth to get my scripts. They are lazy and rude. I will never even shop in a reasors after this nightmare.
