Well stocked Supermarket with fresh, local products, as well.as wide range of groceries. Deli counter looked fantastic, and cold, local beer options a plenty. Friendly staff, and plenty of free parking.

We shopped at Reasor's store in the Brookside area for the last 7 years and liked the selection of products available and especially liked the employees who always were friendly and helpful. However, Reasor's was bought out by a low end Texas-based grocer named Brookshire's in 2021 and the quality and range of products has gone downhill every since. Worse than that, the wonderful staff of checkers, managers and department heads have all departed. The new employees are not the same type of people - younger, less informed, rude, less professionally dressed. AND there are so few checkers now but there are many new self-check stations than full service where only one cash register is even open. We stood in the one staffed register mid-day last Thursday we were second line and as several more shoppers arrived and lined up no other registers were opened by the management staff - their response "we are short staffed" wasn't apologetic, just the best solution the paid employee could offer while 4 or so shoppers checked out their own groceries pointing out how poorly the shift schedule lined up with the customer headcount. Sad, but, there are other places that do appreciate my business and I will take it to them.

This store has THE BEST online shoppers in the biz. Their substitutions are always perfect and their communication is outstanding. And when I come by for pickup, someone is always out in a minute or two with my groceries. They alone are the reason I buy groceries here!

Reasor's is a great grocery store, their produce is always extremely fresh, and their bakery is excellent as well. Their prices are very high for just about everything else, which is unfortunate. They do not pay their employees a livable wage, either. I believe more people would be okay with paying a higher price in store if it meant your employees would be getting paid a living wage.

20 Year Customer: Reasor's advertised Hormel Cure 81 spiral sliced ham for $1.98 for Thanksgiving. I went in to buy the ham, sushi, ribeye steaks, & other items. As usual when Reasor's has a good deal on better quality meat, they didn't have it. As usual the meat manager & Reasor's blamed it on somebody else. This is SOP for this Reasor's. They almost never have their advertised better quality meat specials. They do this just to get customers in the store & never seem to make a sincere effort to have advertised merchandise in stock.If they were sincere about their specials, they would start issuing raincheck again!This was the day before Thanksgiving at 11:30 AM & they only had three cashiers/check stands open. I left everything & went to another grocery chain where the prices are higher but has good service, advertised specials in stock, & appreciates their customers.

Reasor's is known for having specialty items that the big box chain stores don't have. I checked their online inventory prior to going to the store. I was able to get in & get out with exactly what I needed. Reasor's is a local staple!

I love Reasor's they have the best produce and meat and when they have the sale's you can get a good buy most of the time. I like the fact that they help you get things that other stores don't have or carry if they don't have a item you want they will order it for you if they can I was in there looking for la Choy soy sauce and they were the only ones that had it when none of the other stores did. I got my daughters birthday cake here along with my husbands and I'll keep coming back every year! The cake is so delicious and soft and they have some beautiful cakes on top of it. They are pleasant all around. The customer service was amazing as well. Thank you reasor's!

I went to the deli at 7:50 wed night to buy some deli meat. 2 employees said "we closed". I asked what time do you close? One person said "we close early when we only have 2 people on duty. I went to wal mart and loaded up. They only had ONE person working deli.

I really love this store. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I'm new to Tulsa and I must say the the young guys working there are very polite respectful and helpful. I enjoy shopping there. It's a family type store.
