Nice store size and selection. Please stop selling invasive plants. Jeff Reasor you should know our native pollinators and plants are quickly becoming endangered, with some already endangered, and that it's invasive plants causing these problems. The biggest threat are stores selling invasive plants and the lack of knowledge, or caring, of the customers. Do better and stop, please!

Extremely disappointed by the new hour changes. Was the only grocery store this whole half of town that was open 24hrs. I work nights and after work is the best time to get groceries for me. Now I cant shop here after work. Doubt I'll be able to justify a trip here outside of after work groceries ?

Very let down by the always open reasors actually being closed now and at 1am? That’s very inconvenient for customers who don’t get off until late. I’ve been going here for years no problem after I get off work and now it’s been changed and the closest store to get what I need at this time is 7 miles away.

Great store, I am disappointed that they close now. It seems backward that there are so many fewer 24 hour places than there were 10 years ago. Makes sense since the sales were likely minimal, but grocery shopping at 3am is glorious.

Most of the time they r great, but the lady named angel at the self checkout was the WORST customer svc experience I have ever seen here

I bought Honeysuckle ground turkey (2 packs) from there yesterday cause I wanted to make hamburgers. Got home and opened the first pack. It smelled funny (like the onset of spoilage). I doubled bagged it, put it in the fridge and called the store to make sure they would take it back and give me a refund. The person who answered the phone was nice, and gave me instructions on what to do.The next day, I took both packs back with my receipt. The lady at guest services was nice, and gave me a refund. What's odd is that she never said, "I'm sorry", "I can't believe it was bad", "I'll make sure to let the meat dept know"...etc. That leads me to believe that this isn't a rare occurrence to them. So just be careful with the Honeysuckle ground turkey.

Todd the butcher! Who is this mask man! Hello.I am a customer of Reasors.I want to take the time out to bring to the company of Reasors attention, the most important thing that can make or break a business!Todd is the early morning butcher at this store. So friendly! Respectful, thoughtful and kind hearted!People shop where they are shown all of these qualities! Todd went out of his way to hunt down turkey wings for me .then he presented other meat choices as well. I felt like I was a queen with my own special subject working to deliver perfection. You need more like Todd!Not just a nice man, but a man of compassion!

The Reasors reward card is a total rip off. Any points you earn are gone almost before you use the card. I purchased $200 worth of meat around October 25, but Nov 10 the points were gone. Nov 10 I purchased $100 worth of meat and by Nov 24 all points were gone. Itsa rip off and I will be shopping less and less there.

Fine store, but pray to god that you never need help at the customer service counter. Your clothes will go out of style before an employee will deign to help you. Plus, last time I had to call the store to get my pickup order, no one answered the phone for 20 minutes, and I had to drive off without my groceries
