As far as Reasors goes this is my least favorite because it doesn't have an actual meat department and you can tell the meat was packaged somewhere else and brought in

Called for a last minute cake without looking at the catalog, Karla with the bakery staff went above and beyond to make this day as memorable as she could! We are very impressed and forever grateful for the Reasors Team!

DISCLAIMER: I'm honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: This particular location was clean, employees friendly. All the items I went into the store to purchase were available. However, as I do with all the reviews I provide on Reasor's stores, I encourage all customers to ALWAYS check your receipts for overcharges. Their Digital Coupons DO NOT always get applied to your shopping cart online OR your checkout in person. Also, be sure and confirm that you've selected the COMBO meat packages in their 4/$19.95 meat special bin with the COMBO sticker on each pkg because they have been notorious for placing regularly priced meat in those bins when they've run out of the COMBO packages. And when they do this, unless you check the ticket on the meat or when you're going through check-out, you're going to be hit with the regular prices. I have discussed these issues with management at their Catoosa store, the 41st & Garnett store, the 41st & Yale store, and most recently with someone in their store offices and continue to be promised they're trying to correct the errors. The in-store managers have told me that their system doesn't always get the Digital Coupons to match properly. NOT the customer's problem. If they're going to advertise a Digital Coupon price with an item then they need to ensure it processes upon checking out either in-store or online. To date, the errors haven't all been rectified. The management personnel I spoke to in-stores on numerous occasions were rude and chose to argue with me in front of other employees and even customers, even though I could show them a printout of my Clipped Coupons vs NOT receiving the coupon discount. I found this to be very humiliating when they're the one making the error, not me -- the customer. However, these issues have continued to persist for more than a year now (at least that's how long I've been bringing these issues to their attention). So, again, always always always check your receipt for errors when you purchase something from Reasor's. There's a chance you've been overcharged.

Their deli selection is very limited. I have ordered online 3 times at this location. They've gotten every order wrong. I gave them another try. Today I ordered Cherry Fluff salad, krab salad, OK caviar. The girl called, 'We don't have Cherry Fluff Salad. We have Ambrosia Salad. We can give it to you at that same price. And I ordered Pea Salad. Their deli had nothing. They did have Ambrosia Salad to replace Cherry Fluff. ....ok.. cucumbers mini 6 count. I received 1 cucumber. $ 3.39... I will not do online shopping with your location anymore.

I just want to take a moment to tell how a Reasors employee named Bridgett made my day. One morning I was in Reason's on hwy 97 in Sand Springs ,OK. I was looking at a Christmas wonderland of decorations on displayA nice lady came up .I ask if she created this .I then told her what a good feeling it gave me to have a bit of Christmas cheer that morning. It actually was a work of art. It was so nice to see how employees at this store were all proud of her accomplishments. This store is filled with great helpful people. Thank you Reasors!

THE STORE MANAGER REFUSED BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A RECEIVED IT. I AM A SHOPPER IN THAT STORE I AM planning to be no longer a customer. I MISSED PUBLIX SUPERMARKET IN FLORIDA IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY. BAD EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE ?.

If you buy anything here, you'd better hope there's not a problem with it because their return policy is pretty much to shame you & make you feel like a criminal for even thinking of trying to return something.Their prime directive is to discourage returns. Even if you have a receipt & it's clearly legitimate. The main thing they say almost every time is "Well ... I'll do it THIS time... " clearly implying you are trying to get away with a fast one. This time I tried to return a yogurt that had scummy water on it. The receipt showed I got it 5 weeks ago, but it wasn't expired yet. A big deal was made that I was trying to return something after too long. Sure. If I opened the yogurt on the day I brought it, I can see how that would be an issue. However, the concept of opening a product any amount of time after it was purchased was completely unthinkable to her. There's no way I could have waited a month to open a yogurt! They're so creamy and delicious! You see the problem. I don't think it's the "customer service" person's fault entirely though. I am sure he greedy corporate overlords at Reasor's Inc train them to do it just this way. What they somehow do not realize is that it incentivizes one to shop elsewhere where there IS a fair return policy, because now I have to factor in that I cannot return something if it is bad, and if I do, I have to put up with humiliation for doing it.A few weeks ago, I tried to return a bad deli meal without a receipt. They said they needed one. I said I had never had a problem before with that, but didn't press the point and turned to go. She called me back to the counter wondering why I wanted to return it. AFTER I was already leaving.I came back and asked if that would make a difference where it could be returned if it was for a good reason. She looked at it and said no, but then commented how so much was gone from it. First of all, she had no idea what the original size of it was, but was STILL ACCUSING ME OF TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH A CON! Only then did I complain for being insulted and for wasting my time by calling me back for no reason than idle curiosity.Buyer beware. Unless you're into humiliation, of course. Then enjoy!

I used to hate shopping for food at Walmart, but thanks to Reasor's ridiculous high prices and low quality I have adapted. Seems they are now working in the Brookshire chain of vendors so things are going downhill further. Thanks Reasor's I sure wish you had sold to HEB instead but they likely did not want you and us Okies deserve the worst apparently

Jesse the manager is completely useless and provides the absolute worst customer service. Obsoletely no skills at serving the public and being a problem solver.
