He's been honorable in his dealings with our Business in Suite 104 of the first floor of Parkland Plaza. I can easily say that the maintenance crew is spectacular and I feel the building is remarkable shape (Elevators and all). We looked at A LOT of commercial property in Tulsa and Flat Branch is blessed to be leasing from Twenty First Properties.
