Re-Bath has a straight-forward honest approach to their customers and care to understand their customers needs, but is a bit expensive. Jeff was personable and took his time to inform us on the several components associated with the process.

I had them take out a bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower. Pat Simms suggested moving the lighting to the front of the shower for better lighting. I was not informed this had to be done before the installation. One of the brothers came to inspect my displeasure with the chalking not being completed. When the other brother came to bring the chalk, he remembered the conversation of moving the light. Pat called later to say the moving of the light was not put in the contract so they were finished with the job. I was under the impression they would change the lighting after the discussion when hiring. It feels like an incomplete job. Another concern I have is the old fixture up to code.

The guys did a great job! New walk in shower w/ glass doors, new vanity cabinet w/ top and sink. New flooring! Scott and Ronnie did great work, and thanks to Pat for helping us get things right.

Light switch failed during remodel. Contractor wanted $75 to replace switch. Said old switch not covered.switch. Failed while they remolded bathroom. Could not turn off. $10,000 remodel and their electrician wouldn’t replace a $14 switch without an additional $75 to complete job and make bathroom useable . It took me 15 minutes to replace switch. Not good customer service. But a great makeover.

Our tub was getting hard to get in and out of. We are getting older. We decided to go with just a shower stall. Our old tub was 4 foot by 5 foot so it is a large space to cover. The consultant showed us the samples, which are structurally impressive as well as great looking. We picked what would go with our current flooring. It is gorgeous. The installers did a fantastic job so every thing flows. No rough corners or edges. The glass doors set everything off so well. It is different so there is some adjustment on usage. We are very pleased. If you are looking for cheap material and price this is not it. You get what you pay for and we need something that will last the rest of our lives. This is it. I will never have to replace this again.

Warren was very helpful, friendly, and patient while guiding us through the choices for our shower update.
Then on the day of the shower remodel, the crew (DJ, Alex, and Curtis) who did the work were very friendly, considerate, helpful, and professional, with attention to details and cleaning up the site after the remodel was completed. They got the work done in 1 day and it looks so beautiful!
