We took our aussiedoodle named Miles to Rachel’s k-9 Designs and he had a lot of matted fur. I knew they would probably need to shave him and it was my first time ever taking my puppy to get shaved. They were all so kind and reassuring! Even though he had to get shaved they did it in a way that made Miles still look so cute!! Thank you to everyone there! You guys are amazing!!

They said my dog had to be there for 11 HOURS?!? Nope. They said they do offer "early outs" but only for "preferred clients." WTF. Red flags everywhere.

We have our Australian shepherd groomed here a few times a year, and they always do an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in staff and customer relationship. I brought in my puppy and told them this was her first groom. They kept her 8 hrs with no food or water and the yelled at me that she was trying to snap at the scissors and they would have to train here or she couldn’t return. No worries about that!

I was referred here by my future mother-in-law. I have a Great Pyrenees/Husky mix who has a LOT of fur. She's usually good for groomers, but as she's getting older she has some arthritis and grooming takes a lot out of her. She did so well and looked AMAZING when I picked her up. I will absolutely be bringing her back to their wonderful service!

We absolutely can not say enough good things about Rachel's. They always do an amazing job and take the absolute best care of our 2 Mini Schnauzers. They have been grooming our pups for over 4 years and not once have we ever had an issue. Their coats are meticulously groomed. Truly the best groomers you will EVER find.

K-9 was recommended to me by my groomer who is on medical leave. Regi had never been to anyone else so I was a little nervous for how he would react going into a new place as he is still being socialized, but he was in dire need of a bath and trim.K-9 groomers were rock stars! He was happy coming out and beautifully clean and trimmed! Thank you to K-9 for taking care of my pup so well and turning him back into the gorgeous guy that he is! If my regular groomer does end up retiring, we will definitely be back!

Chase is so relaxed here. Him and my Ripley love Rachel with her mobile grooming van. Chase sleeps so much better with a buzz. Thanks so much for keepin my old man(13+) happy and being so gentle with him.
