Quiktrip, my old friend, are you well? My recent experience would say no. Coffee was a bit of a pain to dispense, but it was good. However, the sausage and cheese biscuit that I bought,, which was in the warming area, felt warm to the touch, but as I got back on the road and started to enjoy my biscuit, I found the inside was ice cold not frozen, but still cold. If you're going to sit on the highway and provide travelers with good food and drink, something needs to change. No, I was not going to turn around, drive back and go through the process of getting my money back. But I must say as far as reliability goes, Quiktrip is lacking here. Come on my old friend QT, bring back the good old days where we were both in love...

Make sure you count your change when they give it back...one guy started counting back and removed a dollar saying oops my bad...thought nothing of it til later when I realized I was exactly a dollar short....same thing couple days later; bought $6 worth of merchandise, paid with $20 bill, got change counted back in the most erratic and confused manner possible then had to quickly hurry out of the way for everyone...ten mins later realized I only got back $13, again exactly $1 short like they're pocketing it a little at a time...asked a neighbor and couple friends and they've experienced same scenario at exact same QT...my fault for being taken advantage of, don't let them do same to you just a warning...they already rob you on gas and taquito prices, make sure it doesn't go further than that

Kaitlyn made me a regular personal pizza even though she had no mozzarella cheese (she used cheddar at my request) and the store was only selling breakfast pizzas. She went above and beyond when any other employee would have just told me "no," just to satisfy me, and this is not the first time she has accommodated my special requests. She should be recognized for her outstanding customer service.

I come here late a lot and always have a great experience. The customer service is fantastic, if I ever want to go to a gas station where the person helping me actually tries to get to know me and talk to me this is where I go. Can't say how much I love this store specifically.

Convenience store? More like inconvenience store. If you go into these stores late at night depending upon the person working, you might get to use a bathroom and you might not. It is not the customer's fault that Tulsa has a homeless problem that our politicians do not want to fix. If you still provide the police with discounts on their purchases start asking them to run off the homeless from your properties. They do not have a right to hang out and beg for money from customers. That happens far too often. In addition, QT once had nice bathrooms. Those days are gone. Clearly the homeless go in and destroy them. Start refusing them service and put signs on your doors that say bathrooms are for paying customers only. But if you keep preventing me from using restrooms at night especially once I have pumped gas and would like to wash my hands then I am going to start going anywhere else but QT. I did that for a long time when you stopped carrying 100% gas and I am willing to do it again. Get your act together QT, you are better than that.

Love QT. One of the best gas stations out there. Great place for gas and great place for food as well. I have been coming here many times for breakfast and lunch instead of restaurants. My favorites at QT are the breakfast tacos and their BBQ sandwich, pork and brisket. Breakfast tacos are surprisingly delicious. The BBQ sandwiches are also delicious but they are so small that you won't be full. I used to buy their $20 coupons, where you could get $50 worth of food for $20. It was such a great deal that I bought 2 of the coupons. I don't go here as much now due to work changes.
