On October 8, 2024 I was traveling with my family and when we needed to go to the restroom we were told the restrooms did not open until 5 AM. It is a Gas Station so if it is open to sell merchandise inside the restrooms should be open. You mean to tell me that the employee does not go to the restroom the entire night. How do you call yourselves a gas station. I will never go into another QT store. I am a disabled veteran and I have a medical condition from my service that does not allow me to hold my BM’s and plus my husband had Prostate cancer so his bladder can not hold urine. Is that how you show appreciation for your service men and women. Hire another employee if safety is your concern but do not stop customers from using the restroom. Do you expect customers to buy merchandise from your store when you will not allow them to use your restroom. That is pure laziness. The worker probably does not want to clean the restroom. I do not have the store # because I refused to buy anything. We had 3 people that need to use the bathroom. The employee was African American and our family is Hispanic so he was probably being raciest. The QT was in PFLUGERVILLE TX down the street from a HEB. I am pretty sure if a cop walked into use the restroom they would not told him or her to come back at 5.AM. If that is how your corporation does business then you should just close the entire store down when you close the restrooms.

I have been to several QTs in Arizona and Texas and all have been amazing and GREAT customer service. We need this kind of stations in a El Paso! We love the hot fresh food and the donuts are amazing. Coffee is made to order and other fountain drinks are always available. Thank you.

QT has started putting holds on purchases which seek to last for days. It has happened on 3 of my cards from 3 different banks. It isn’t the bank, even though they want you to think so.

QuikTrip Corporate office is friendly and enjoyable to visit. Plenty of parking and specific visitors spaces are provided. Easy access.

I was parked for my 34-hour reset at QT 1215 Sparta Pike, Lebanon, TN 37090. About halfway through it a manager came out and told me I can only park for 12 hours and that I have to leave. This is the first time I've ever heard about that policy. I've never had this kind of problem at QT before.I pick my own fuel stops using EFS fuel routing. This QT was supposed to be where I fueled Monday morning before I went to delivery. I unchecked QT just a little bit ago in retaliation for kicking me out. My fuel routing won't use QT anymore.

I loved QT's amaretto cappuccino coffee. It was my consistent go-to for pre-made store bought coffee. Now these weird dispensers that look like a beer bar have been installed. They don't have the amaretto flavor, so I tried another. It was horrible. I spat it out, and threw away the rest. I tried the hot chocolate next. It was just as bad. I'm am now getting to where I will go to other stores instead of using QT for my snacks, gas, and drinks.
