There is nothing quick about their service. First you walk in there they look at you like you own them something. Then they have three different steps in order to get a simple handle. I went there and buy some three-quarter inch metal pipe. The person inside measure it wrong so I drove across the field. Came back to the office to do the same system and pay the different which is OK. But then I went back to the pickup area all the way driving through the lot and they cut half.
Didn’t fit on my truck. I cut this in half and they refuse so they want me to go back inside the office across the field to pay for , and get back to the line and bad production line system again, wile other customers already making line . And then drive to the other side of the building to pick up the a handle. There plenty places in Tulsa to get metal with a much better service.
I give them three opportunities because they’re nearby. And every time the experience was unpleasant.
Btw . Had to bed the metal and deal with a lady at the exist saying have a nice day with a sarcastic smile . ?

I only have a small shop,but they treat me like I had a large corporation. I have yet to have a bad experience there and they definitely have the best metal prices in the Tulsa area.

Been buying steel out here for over 20 years now. I buy small orders here and there. On occasion I've spent a few hundred dollars. Whether I call and ask for 60' of 3" channel or 10' of 2x2 angle they always treat me nice. Call me right back and work with what I need. I think they have the best prices in town.

They are very very slow on getting you loaded and very slow on getting you checked out.. I waited a hour to get loaded and all I had was 4 sheets of metal and two flat bars and two angle irons very slow
