They made me wait 3 hours and they don't even seem very busy! And they messed up the tire rotation so they had to fix that after I noticed they put the tires on wrong. Go someplace else.

Overfilled my oil way over new f150 first oil change didn't put the cap back on was sitting on my wiper blade second time don't think they changed oil was dark in color and deleted my camera footage from dash cam for service part only shady and haven't went back since avoid do what I do and just go somewhere else

I have been going here for years and have always loved it and trusted them! Today was a bit different experience.. What started out as a 45 minute oil change ended up being a 3 hour disaster because they broke off a wheel stud & nut which they of course paid to replace and didn’t charge me for labor, but they acted like they did me a favor by not charging me for that... if they tried to charge me for something they broke & had to replace, it would’ve been hilarious. Anyways, they wouldn’t discount the oil change price for me having to wait so long but I found a coupon for $50 so they gave me that at least but it was like pulling teeth! Not the greatest experience!

This is a mixed review. We made an appointment with Rob for 10:00AM because we had a letter about a recall on the software. I took the car in and had him add an oil change. They said it would be around 2 hours! I went back to get it at 3:00 and they said it was not ready. Rob had no idea it wasn’t ready and he was vey nice and professional about it realizing I was very upset! The car was not ready until 5:30. Rob gave me a discount on oil change and was so nice but the service should not have taken that long since I left it with them at 10 in the morning!

We had to have a quick trip back east so the day before we left I ran into the Riverside Ford quick lane for a quick service of my wife's car before we left. They took care of everything and gave it a good wash was fast to pick it up get it into the bay and get it back to me. This dealership has always been friendly and accommodating with all my vehicles that I have taken there. I will continue to take my fords there for service and even though the name changed, the same great service is still there.
